In question number 4 I would have, as a candidate, asked if the equipment was bought on cash or credit. In practice, most equipment is initially bought on credit, especially if it's some expensive equipment.

On the first question, I would have answered 1 ledger, 3 accounts. I refer to the general ledger as where all the accounts are listed. I don't refer to the general ledgers. The basic statement that each bank account has 1, either ledger or account, is the point.
If you went for accounting interview, check the company background first whether it is a service company or manufacturing company. And job description. Write down the possible accounting technique questions and prepare for that. Best of luck .
Your video has given me a guideline. I have asked more difficult questions when I recruit my assistant. He scored 35% which was highest. Starting from simple accounting equation to interpret cash flow to top management.

Q6) Also could be the answer that it should be irrelevant income so we are not allowed to show it as the central part of company activity so we can journal it in temporary ACC. Sometimes it is recognised as an advance paid by the customer.
I think the same. You cannot really accrued an income if the seevice or goods has not been occur in that period. So I suggest you record it as deposits held or BS. This will remain liability to the company until the service or goods has been served.
I recently went to an interview for Sr. accountant, and was asked about why I left a company after only 5 months as an accountant. I answered honestly, I picked up most of my tasks by myself without training and was doing well, but the management didn't plan to give training on specifics of the industry and the company, and they tried to set up a new set of gl accounts while inactivating those old accounts without training to accountants nor guidelines and this caused delay and confusions and overall messy and stressful situation. But I got the vibe that the new employer didn't like my answer. What else can I say? thank you!
it was a bad answer even it was true. i once resigned from a job because i was overloaded after 4months. the reason i gave was " long commute " or " "family commitment" or anything that not suggesting that you had a bad relationship with the employer.
