Then for the charged attack ,if you release the attack button straight away, you will do a failed charged attack with small impact and comical sound effect of a failing sawblade. You need to hold melee button until your jetpack flares, then release. Something like 1 sec hold, otherwise you fail the melee slam. Edit: Oh, and one other thing - you boost yourself in the air with the jetpack if you hold Q - if you press it you do a really long jetpack-boosted dash that acts like a normal dash or sprint for the purpose of heavy attacks, meaning that you can close the gap with elite enemies surprisingly fast and deliver a strong sprinting melee attack at the end of the boost.

Chainswords should break green boxes. It's unbecoming of a Space Marine rolling into a crate to break it
Assault guide please.
It's coming! Hang with us a bit longer
The Emperor Protects!
Any chance we could get your preferred build for the Heavy Boltgun for Tactical? I really like its feel and would love to know your meta build for it!
I'm just trying to figure out how to dodge. I'm stuck on lictor. was hoping your part about dodging would explain how to. I didn't learn anything.
treat it as a parry when dodging, to time perfect dodges just dodge a split second after the enemy lunges ( lunge after red or blue indicator). time will also slow and u get a gun strike opportunity. if you learn the nuances of the attack you will know which direction to dodge - but side dodges are generally better
Is there matchmaking with Campaign Co-Op? I am confused about what type of co-op to expect from the campaign side of things.
Campaign doesn't have matchmaking as far as we know. Operations do.
@@LegacyGamingUS Thank you for the response.
Its not the Venom Cannon which causes brambles its the Barbed Strangler. Read its description from the table top and then it will make sense. Venom Cannon wielding warriors are the ones that snipe you.
ok but can we get an overview of all of the weapon perks(NOT CLASS PERKS).
Specifically melee weapons! thanks!
They're not that exciting tbh. Each of our build guide discusses weapon perks.
@@LegacyGamingUS I guess thats fair, my purchasing of the game really hinges on whether Assault has a way to recover HP consistently and the only thing i dont know about the class is melee perks which im hoping gives some form of lifesteal or something.
Ill check out your build guides though and see if i can find the melee weapon perks. thanks
Ik the game isn’t out yet I got the 4 days early access with my buddy and I can’t really play the story with him sometimes it lets me join but got me with a loading screen then kicks me out so loving the game when it’s working
Are armory data skulls shared with everyone in your squad? Or does the person who pick it up get it?
Just one person needs to pick it up. Everyone gets the reward
Any tips for some of the challenges?
Both the first Vanguard and Sniper trials seem impossibru to reach top A rank in, all the other challenges are a walk in the park.
You missed healing from those loadout selector pods mid-mission (only works for heavy and bulwark)
Yeah it's a bug. Didn't want to include bugs likely to get patched.
@@LegacyGamingUS I didn’t realise it was a bug - assumed it was intended as it’s such a consistent bug haha
Yeah definitely not intended. It's a few perks on both classes that directly cause it.
WILL SOMEBODY ANSWER ONE QUESTION? Easy anri cheat has a series of nightmare stories. IS it worth risking buying a game that uses it especially when it doesn't stop cheaters?
Do you have to complete the campaign to unlock the different archetypes?
The classes are within the operations mode.
this is what i wanted darktide to be :)
Where are you spending these points to upgrade your character? Is this part of the story? Or only operations
Operations is it's own mode similar to something like Darktide, Vermintide, or Left 4 Dead. That's where most of the progression lives.
Do you have to beat campania before I can do this
