- I remember when I was little I used to watch this show. When I searched it on TH-cam nothing came up, so I decided I was going to make a video about it :) This is a Chinese TV show, and is not popular outside of China so you've probably never heard of it before, but it's a great show and if you can understand Chinese then you're in for a real treat :D

Sun Wukong and Nezha were literally my childhood heroes. When I was a kid, I flipped my shiz when I saw Nezha fighting Sun Wukong in Journey to the West.

That..was the very first time I had fangirled in my young life, and I knew from that moment on that I would pursue a career in fangirlary...XD
But seriously though, I'm not kidding, when I saw that fight scene I screeched so loudly that my mom came out of her room to make sure that I was ok and not dying or something.

There is also that kid 红孩儿, son of the ox king. Another classic chinese folklore child hero. They seem to stay kids forever like Peter pan.

I was obsessed with NeZha as a kid like when we went to China my grandma bought me the CDs, and she even made me NeZha's weapon things and I was so obsessed but as a small child I was conflicted I thought NeZha was a girl because of the earrings but my mom said he was a boy. Good times.
Me too! I used to carry around a small hoop and red scarf, I remember my grandma letting me get out the CD (from those CD storage with plastic pockets) childhood was fun X)

i used to watch this cartoon at my childhood age. and just a few moments ago (before 12AM because chinese people celbrating their chinese new year), i heard this song from one of my chinese neighbours. and it reminds me of my childhood favourite cartoon. now i'm 20 years old and i'm dying just to find this theme song because i forgot what its title. haha. thanks god i found this video. cheers from Malaysia. :) *being grateful for being lived in multi-culture country.

I used to watch this cartoon ... I was addicted and I'm still is ... yesterday I saw Ne Zha on a game called "smite" and I remembered my childhood ... Wish I could go back to those days that I would watch Journey to the west and legend of Nezha sitting in front of the TV. I miss those days. The nostalgia is real.

Now the 2019 movie come out and I suddenly miss this so much i watched this at least 20 times when i was young. I watched all like anime cartoon power ranger but ne zha and sun wukong will always remain my fav of all time
The first animated series I have ever seen. I was like 5 but still remember how I was captivated by this. Even tho it was subbed I didn't understand anything lol.

I found it! After more than a decade! I used to watch this when I was young, too. It was - get this - dubbed for Greek television, but pretty badly. Ne Zha went from a boy to a girl, at some point, I think, and the dubbing was awful.
Still loved it. Thanks so much! This brings me so back.

@@NikosGinsan Παρόμοια και εγώ. Πρώτα στο 0-6, και μετά στην Βεργίνα. Θυμάμαι πως το έδειχνε βράδυ, κατά 6 ή 7 ώρα. Θυμάμαι επίσης πως το πρόγραμμα πήγαινε κάπως έτσι: πρώτα ήταν "Ο Νεζά", μετα "Συννεφοταξιδευτές", μετά "Ο Βασιλιάς Πίθηκος", και μετά ""Η Μίμη και η Παρέα της".

I remember watching this when I was six, and my largest memories of it was the fact that a small child killed a dragon, ripped it's guts out, used for something (can't remember) and then killed himself when the dragon king threatened to kill everyone. also, the main character's dad looked kind of like the evil emperor... good times
Ripped the guts out and reformed his giant red ribbon thing and then threatened to strangle himself to death when he got trapped in a giant ice cube by the dragon emporer, yeah good times 😂😂😂
