Absolutely stunning. Have met a lot of architects and designers. None of them would have made anything close to this, in a plot size of 1080sq ft. For my next home its definitely gonna be Amruta Daulatabadkar👍

This has to be the best video on Buildofy. The way she presented the whole episode and her use of the model to explain in depth the flow of each floor in PLAIN & SIMPLE English without using fancy English words (like in other videos - even when they are out of context in trying to sound 'cool' ) was just fabulous! Just look at the privacy each bedroom has ?? Its so good and in Budget too!.... No unnecessary usage of bright colors & materials so cost is also low!
This is, by far, the best work on BUILDOFY, among all other amazing building construction. Amazingly talented woman! 👌👌

as an interior designer, I can say this is the best outcome in small residential spaces!!
Excellent use of levels and integrating stairs as truly vertical corridor!
Extracting natural light in such a compact plot with dead walls all around is well controlled and use of fenestrations with virtually no views from the site is remarkable!
...and the passion for design and details comes out so vividly in this residence...

Mam what about the light well? Is it fully glazed from the top? I mean isn't it problematic in semi arid climates? The heat gain must have risen to unbearable levels!

Yeah u could build a decent luxury house for 2000 but for this kinda luxury I am pretty sure 2000 won't be enough

Congrats, you've made THE best design I've seen on this channel & probably some others too. Geometric clean limes, minimalism & some real ingenious use of space. Something I've always wanted in my dream house. Wish the channel showed more of the house though.

I have seen many hi end videos on buildofy so far but those were not even remotely relevant to my requirement and seeking.
But glad to see this first of its kind which directly demonstrate what magic could be done irrespective of plot size and surrounding locality.
Congrats architect madam for breaking the general stereotype that architect service should be only hired for large constructions taking place in only posh locality.
Many middle class people who are willing to construct home avoid appointing architect as a cost cutting measure but then they regret the same in the end. You have shown what wonders an architect can do even in smaller plot size. Kudos.
What an awesome house in such a small area and even after introducing a courtyard in the middle the house looks very big and doesn't feel like it's as small as 1080 sqft. Hats off to the architect 👍

This is the only video that majority of population can follow. Practical , Cost effective and purposeful. I still can’t believe this is in 33 lakhs for beautiful designed house. All other house shown till now were in Multiples of Crores. Like toh Banta hai
