I used to make them for the kids Birthday Teas, with grated white and dark chocolate shavings over the top and sides.

Hi Margo, you can place the full fat milk over heat, allow it to reduce in quantity while stirring constantly. Now you have evaporated milk. Allow it to cool before using😊

You can just put a stainless steel plate face side down in the pot of water and place the Flan on the top to steam.
