Kevin on the Suzuki TC-100 the oil pump line adjustment ,the lines line up at full throttle. not closed like the Kawie. as per the Suzuki book just thought i would mention.
I'm rebuilding my TS400 and your videos have been a huge help! (I know not everything is 100% identical, but this definitely covered a lot of details the workshop manuals don't mention.)
Good morning Kevin I appreciate your videos. I have a 74 TC 100 rotary valve engine. I'm having a hard time finding the inner rotary valve seat maybe made out of cork. I got a new outer case with new cork in it. But the inner one as some type of gasket material not like the cayes that doesn't look like they have anything in between. Looking for a New Old stock or replacement any help
Hey buddy love the channel I’m having a hard time with a 72 Mt50 trail hopper. The oil pump seems to have gone bad. I don’t see it working. Any suggestions would be helpful THANKS keep rocking hard.
I just discovered your channel today. I watched few of your videos and they are great and informative. I recently got one of those bikes and found out oil pump wasn't used and it's premixed in the tank. What damage that it can have on the engine. I'm kinda scared now seeing this video. Is there any other videos that I can learn more about this oil pump and it's operation? Thank you in advance
@@2strokeguru thanks for the fast reply. Is there videos about this rotary valve in the channel. I got this bike as a gift and want to get this bike to a good condition. I live in a South Asian country and not many people know how to work on these and these are rare too. Thank you again.
Hey keven ! Really confused here… yestersay i was working on my oil pump after putting it all back together, i realized it was inverted like to oil was coming out of where initialy it is the tube that goes to the tank…. I dont understand how is this possible!?!? Kawasaki g4tr 1974
Hi Kevin, thanks for the great content. I have an Kawasaki f11 with a problematic oil pump. I have ordered another that I think will fit. Would premixing this model be ok? It injects into the cylinder head but also the crank.
I have a 1979 GT80 that I recently cleaned and kind of rebuilt the carburetor. I have no knowledge I just did the work off of your videos. Bike starts up immediately but goes to high rev. Have to shut it off at the kill switch. Any ideas ?
Lots of good info but using a drill to put screws in... Most people are going to do that and cross them ead and mess up. I know you're in a hurry and trying to make things go quicker but the average Joe is going to get wrong idea w drill

Make sure the slide is moving up and down and the cable is all the way down
Idle screw?
Hi Kevin! Does the throttle slide move at the same time as the oil pump cable lever? Or does one move before the other?
Yes they do
What is the size of clear hose you use in oil pump?
5mm

Hey Kev
My pump won't pump I even have oil I'm the pump after opening up the bleeder screw
You have to have flow to the pump then open up to other line till oil comes out
