I own one and they're one of those things that are actually as great as people claim they are. Probably, the overall best sounding and feeling guitar I own. It can be hard to get your head around how comparatively cheap they are, but get past it because the hype is real.
The T486!! Pound for pound the best price and quality. No question.... Eastman Guitars are amazing hand built guitars and mandolins of the highest quality. Find one, sit down and give one a rev and you'll be blown away... Viva La Eastman! My T486 SD? B E A U T I F U L.
@@MidwoodGuitarStudio nice. Saw your store too on Reverb and it's nice that you also weigh your guitars and put it on the description. I just can't see your return policy.
@@damonlove8 Hey Damon. Thanks for the question. Here are the details: midwoodguitarstudio.com/shipping-returns-info Essentially, 5 days for new and 2 for used.
I have the earlier SB version of this guitar. Ordered it directly. Well set up out of the box but I had a guitar tech lower the action just a bit. Wonderful instrument!
Great demo I know that your fingers are most of the magic here but I am hoping the tones are good too lol truly a great demo. I am now going to certainly subscribe. I would like to see what you do in the future but I am definitely wanting to investigate this guitar. However, I think putting a pair of Lawler or Wiz pick ups in it might be advantageous, I’m not sure the pick ups are the greatest. Just my opinion though thanks again. I could preserve the ES 335 a little bit with this guitar and not take it out to every bar five nights a week and that’s really what I’m looking for. I just think changing the pick ups are probably in necessity although I do like the sound you’re getting, but truly, I think the magic is in your fingers Again thanks I can’t imagine what you would sound like with throwback or Tyson tone or something in that guitar truly thanks again 7:43
If Lawler pick ups were put in this do you think it would be equivalent? And of course I would also change the tuning pegs as well, but I think it is certainly gig equivalent to a 335 without a doubt or a heritage at least it stands up side-by-side to mine. I just was curious what you thought and how your experience had been. I am looking at getting one of the T4 eight fours also Again, just to protect another guitar I spent the money to get the aged guitars, the Murphy lab light aged and of course I just don’t want to destroy them. Obviously, it’s not about getting them scratched it’s more about the flights and the travel and honestly even with Inky and other cases, especially the pelican cases, I like best for air, travel, and all around use. They’re tough as hell, just don’t want to get those guitars damaged. I bought one of the $20,000 less Paul last year because I’m really stupid but I wanted it and I bought $1000 pair of those pick ups as well man can you believe it yesterday when they came out, it was awesome, although I know whiz and all these other companies are probably better. It was the actual authenticity of them and of course at some point the 59 magic is going to go away and only collectors will be grabbing them so I have to figure they’re worth resell them, and the guitars so even though these honestly in my opinion, my 486 is playing better because I have gotten it since I sent that comment to you and it plays better than my 335 when I’m on the stage and I’m getting better jazz tones out of it loving it that’s why I’m going for the 484 as well. Thanks again man for your time. 3:11
I see a Magnavox, a Benson, a Two Rock, a Matchless, and maybe a Fender Deluxe. That's discouraging. I won't even bother asking which one got the honors to date the pretty Chinese gal.

Great playing/demo!!

Nice! I bet we could do that.

@@MidwoodGuitarStudio I messaged you guys on your reverb account but no one replied to my questions. So I just bought from a different store. sorry.
Great guitar and well done demo. Thanks
Thanks so much!
Thank you!
Great demo and I appreciate your talent. Sounded terrific. Thx!
Thanks for watching, Steve!
Hey Steve. Thanks so much for watching. I really appreciate that!
great playing man
Thanks so much
I've replaced the Humbucker. Now, with Gibson 490 Humbucker it's a fantastic guitar.
Nice! Gotta know what you like.
It sounds like an especially sweet 335.
Thanks! Great guitars.
Thanks!

Nice! Killer guitars.
Lowering the action is just lowering the bridge and using truss rod to get neck straight. Don’t pay for that!! Know your guitar!
Love mine. Outshines a 335 I sold.
Nice! Wonderful guitars.
Excelletn!

That's very kind. I'm a big Lollar fan, myself. Thanks for watching. Great guitar!

great sound now all they have to do is finish putting the rest of the markers on the neck.

Humbucker are weak... I've changed to Gibson 490 R & T
The humbuckers are probably “weak” because they’re not humbuckers, they’re single coils lol
Next time not so much reverb. Can't really tell what's going on.
I don't know. There's some, but I wouldn't call it too much. You sure you're not just looking for something to complain about?
Can't agree. Very reasonable amount of verb
Sounds like it. @@schesser
Have one but doesn’t sound like when u play. Lol. Awesome technique!
Thanks Rick! Hope you're doing well.
Thanks so much!
