Shifting into second gear is hard all of a sudden and my research has led me here. Not 100% sure this is the same as the symptom from your video description (bc the shifter returns to neutral still) but grateful that if I decide to install the bushing kit, I will have a handy how-to video on removing the turret. Thanks, man. And great music choice for such a repair.
They are made of nylon. Pretty weird design considering a metal part will be touching it everytime it moves. I am changing it out with a metal bushing soon.
Can please make music twice as quiter than the description/voice!? And not 5 times LOUDER!!!! Im trying to follow you logic and watching this while baby is sleeping but cant since the jump in volume is so big!

The bushings you refer to at 3:37 - are they plastic or a composite material?

Did the grease work? Or should I grab the kit?
Grease and scrubbing it fixed it
@@BCInnovate did you use any old grease or was it specific?
So all you did, was remove it & give it a really good cleaning correct? Is it the same for the 2007 9-3 2.0T?
Yes sir and for 2007 you can buy a kit to replace the bushing the xwd one is different
