Easy. You start by realizing that many of the extra bits in Windows 11 can actually be uninstalled and/or deleted. They are there in case you want it. Then you go through ALL the settings and set them to your preference. Don’t be like my wife. She once wanted to pay extra for a phone with no camera because she wouldn’t need it anyway. We saved the money as I demanded she just not use the camera on the cheaper phone. Now she takes lots of pictures of our cat and the birds in the garden.
