    I bought an Ex Box.... Ron was a total gent and offered assistance with set up if required. It fitted straight on with no messing and suits my GT186 (193) kitted Lambretta perfectly. It replaced a TSR Evo which was good but never fitted properly and kept bashing on the ground!

    I used to Race Lambretta, back then, I used to put a 125 exhaust on Bigger CC Engines, as It had a smaller Diameter of feed neck but kept the same fitting, This created a more powerful backflow and more or less doubled the Acceleration, The exhaust is a major part for the power of any 2 Stroke, yet Nobody Talks about it, Instead, we get the Boring stuff over and over, yeah I know most people are boring and like to do the 40-50 mph, But I`m damn sure there is a load that would like to know how to do 104 and upwards to 124 mph perhaps, YES, Lambretta, saying this, I Thank you for the info you give.

    Hi mate, here Arkaitz from LLScooters, the one that sent to you the exhaust ;) . Just one detail. That is not the original manifold of the ExBox for TS1, it is from a BGM TS1 that I have modify in a lathe to make it fit perfectly. Nice videos!

      Hahaha yes looks familiar. This one is same but have holes for springs. If you see in the bags, there are two shims with little holes that uses original Ron design to hold the springs to manifold. If you see internally where manifold connect, there are a small 1mm lip, the same with original manifold.

      Not yet im waiting for a few parts to finish on the ts1 and it will be road tested soon !

    Hi steve , at what prices are they running at mate and would you rather fit a Andy Francis or casa pipe style compared to the standard looking ones , great vid m8 👍🛵

      This is not for my bike mate , im a expansion man all the way . im running jl4 race pipe on one of my road bikes fits good performs well and cost me 130 pounds new . have a cst 3 on my other road bike and a casa protti on my race bike

      @@TheSteelweasel can't wait Steve. I spoke to Ron last Saturday. I asked him if what his thoughts were on how an Avanti might improve the performance on my series 2 visited with a casa 185, a sh20 and a casa series 2 clubman. He was really straight with me and told me that it wouldn't be money well spent on such a modest set up. Made for larger bhp scoots I understand. That's the kind of integrity you need from a dealer!

    any thoughts on the avanti 225 kit? the extra fin area seems like a good idea.

      Haven't used them sorry ? But if you don't have good air flow it dosnt matter how big your fin area is ?

      Did you cut the head cowling to add flow this is a important?

      @@TheSteelweasel yes i cut the head cowling. cant say i noted the temps (not that techincal) but there was a noticeable difference in air flow.

    ive just fitted the latest v4 clubman,to my 225 sx the only thing i can see thats different is the wee support underneath the box which never lines up and 9 times out of ten gets left or cut off,clever wee slot instead of a round hole ,the other differences wont be noticeable to most riders, but the all important price comes to mind at 75 quid dearer for the small differences on the avanti says it all,V4 for me

      most people who only look at cost end up with a very unreliable bike . quality will always work out cheaper in the long run ......

      well i have run it and my opinion is its more torque over the bgm , but revs out earlier so it depends what you are looking for both pipes are good .

      @@TheSteelweasel Thanks Steve, I have the BGM V4 on RT 195 I find it v good bottom end, hits a bit of a wall top of mid range then drives through to 8000. not been able to dial out that mid range hicup with jetting. Li 150 box with 46 X 15. thinking or trying the X Box or JL RST expansion? Going to have Reed conversion on the RT195 so that will be interesting! How about you do a vid on those carbs you use that would be good?

      A shorty reed block will fix that , you will get better response throughout the range . Piston ported tend to need rpm before they clean up and perform....
