If your Realtor IS NOT looking actively for EVERYTHING and ANYTHING that might be bad about the house, then they are not doing their job. Always Bring A Flashlight - always look for potential issues that might cost you $$$$$ - don't just rely on your realtor or home inspector to find things - learn to use the flashlight and find problems BEFORE you go under contract and buy a house!
