The cast all have such impeccable delivery of their lines and I think that’s what makes the difference between just “kinda funny” and “really funny.” The way Lisa Kudrow says “Phoebo” is just hilarious 😂

I think it's because it's the sort of name a hippy would give their child - therefore, she was likely brought up in a hippy household where she was taught to do things such as make her own clothes.
A friend is someone whom you can comfortably talk to with anything under the sun.

And at one moment the doctor overheard the name Phoebo. And advice Ross and Rachel not to name their child Phoebo.

It is an old fashioned name.
Though with the current trend of people using nouns etc to make kids have a name that will make them standout, the irony is that an okd fashioned name is less likely to be used by someone they run into and thus actually make them standout.
