Mr. Zellner was such a sweetheart. Such a kind and a very very very very patient man. He had every reason to not hire Rachel but gave her a chance despite what she put him through. Unmatched patience.

I too gave a terrible interview, forgot the name of the company when they asked. Still got it and has been working there for three months now. Its how you handle it that matters the most.
Rachel is my most favourite character ad Jennifer my most favourite actor. I love Rachel eve more when she's so clumsy and awkward 😂. She's so spontaneous and natural it's unbelievable. Like a breath of fresh air. The most talented one.

I still remember this was the first Friends episode I watched, back in 1999. I was hooked after that.
This is missing such a funny bit from this episode ... where Rachel comes back home after the ink fiasco and tells her friends they're never going to guess what Zelner did and they all start pointing at their lips because her lip is stained. And she's all "How did you *know* that?"
I thought Rachel did a good job at her interview. I enjoyed Rachel on the show if she wasn't on the show it wouldn't be friends. Love you Rachel 💯

Loved Rachel's shirt in the last scene of the video where she got the job; had similarly patterned shirt & I loved it so much! Now I can tell it was made after following Rachel's style (the series ended in 2004!!). I had picked that shirt from my country and when I hadn't watched the series. Now I can see many shirts we got here were patterned after Rachel's fashion & style. The interviewer was such a nice man, his smile itself was so gentle! Funny scene. 🎉🎉
This is where the producers used Jennifer Aniston's full potential for comedy. It's hilarious and natural and very well executed by JA, unlike the other actors on the show.

It's a funny scene, but it doesn't make much sense. Instead of attempting to wipe the ink from Rachel's lips, the boss guy could have simply told her about it.
He wasn't attempting that, simply letting her know without embarrassing her. Sometimes gesture is enough.
