    Hi thank you for the video, I have been struggling to build a website, and your video on how to do that would be most welcome. With regard to this video, I am thankful that I found it as the platform looks very good costs are exceptionally low which is a major +, and If I can master it it will be perfect for me.

    Super thanks for the video, have heard of shopify but not payhip. Got a few questions: Thinking about creating 2 stores, can I have 2 stores on Etsy listing spreadsheets on one and printables on another or should I not as some are saying Etsy will not allow it and will close the stores down as they both digital? Should I do one store on Etsy and the other on Payhip? As a side hustle is it possible to earn a living with digital or in reality will it always be a side hustle?

    Great insights here. On the matter of driving traffic to your store, you’ll need to do one or both of these;
    1. Build a larger audience here, on IG and perhaps TikTok (depending on your demographic)
    2. Run paid ads.
    Organic reach is best but slow so paid ads will help you generate some income while you grow your audience.

    Hi Darowan. love your tutorials. im working on building my payhip store but I'm finding some challenges especially with my homepage herosection banner image. it looks great on desktop but not so great on the mobile version. I'm using a curve wave divider somewhat similar to the one you used on the 2nd part of your digital pages store but when I view it on mobile, the divider moves and ends up behind the text which is something I don't want. what size in pixels do you use as the background image size or what should I do to avoid the resizing issue?

      I am planning a home video / sales page video soon and ill address some of your questions. Stay tuned for that, but in the mean time, I remember when building mine, I did have to play around with different images from Canva, before I found something that worked in both mobile and computer views.

      Select your country's currency, but note that some Payhip users price their products in USD to sell to customers in the United States. You can also ask in the Facebook group for Payhip users if you have any other questions. facebook.com/groups/payhipgroup/

    • @Dbddigitalstudio

      Another great question. I use ConvertKit and luckily, it integrates seamlessly with Payhip. You can connect your freebies as well as products to build your email list. Happy to make a tutorial on how I have mine setup. They currently integrate with AWeber, Campaign Monitor, ConvertKit, Drip, Elastic Email, Email Octopus, GetResponse, MadMimi, MailChimp and SendFox and you can use Zapier for the ones not listed.

      Congratulations on getting your shop ready. I can briefly tell you what I used but I do think a video might be better. Basically, you can use images that are 4:3 or 3:4 and there are a few other options available. What are the sizes of your current mock-ups?

      @cmccumber 10 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@Dbddigitalstudio most of my current mockups i do in Canva and they are currently sitting at 1000x800 px, which I guess would be around a 5:4 ratio. They seem small and fuzzy on some sites so I am trying a 2700x2025 I just need to upload and see how they look

    Hi Darowan, Im new to selling digital material. I would like to know how to sell High Res. images for ex: 5900 x 3180px. @300dpi. This is the quality level I want potential buyer to have, but I can't imagine Payhip allowing that level of uploading. What is the process of getting high quality digital images to a customer??

    • @Dbddigitalstudio
      @Dbddigitalstudio  9 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      Hi there, that is a great question. Payhip has a generous size limit of 5GB per file for files uploaded. If your files are larger than 5GB, you can always use Google Drive shared links. You can embed the Google Drive link in a PDF and attach the PDF as the "digital product" in payhip. I have used this method for 2+ years to sell canva and Google Sheets template links.

    I've tried both Shopify and Squarespace, problem is it costs too much upfront for newbies. I'm a one-woman show it takes me a lot of time to design, do the mockup, upload and then do a youtube video about something so I always ended up shutting down due to costs.

    • @Dbddigitalstudio
      @Dbddigitalstudio  หลายเดือนก่อน

      Exactly. This was me before finding Payhip. I am also a one woman show and it can take a while to get everything up and running. I ended up paying for Shopify and Squarespace for several months without any sales because I was working on everything else and not driving traffic to my shops.

      Every single platform has it's fees. The 5% fee from Payhip is pretty reasonable, considering the fact that many platforms charge a lot more. You can factor fees into pricing your product.
