First off great video, I am older guy playing baseball for fun with a beginner team. I am not looking to light up radar gun, just want to throw consistent strikes. I had a question about Pronation on fastball. I try to stick with 4 seam grips. Hand release and finger movement on release is something I feel is not covered. I was surprised to hear about pronation on fastballs when do you pronate and why on your typical 4 seamer?
Should my front shoulder be force or relax when pitching, some body told me that it should be relax and should lead with elbow. But my shoulder will pain when I do that, and ball speed is not good, that’s your suggestion sir, thank you sir.
Try to do SWITCHING SHOULDER from north to south. With glove hand above your front elbow and after pull your glove hand into your armpit Japanese style where I spend 4 season .come on top as high as you can ..never collapse early with posting legs or front leg..
Really depends on a lot. Gotta see video to know if you actually have a proper arm action. If you do then it’s just a disconnect with your lower half or you break your hands earlier than normal. Or your too hand driven instead of letting the arm be loose and natural
Here is the Gospel (or, Good News): God says that we are sinners and that no amount of good works or behavioral changes on our part could ever make us holy enough to enter into Heaven. God sent His only begotten Son to be crucified on the cross to pay for our sins. Jesus paid a debt that He did not owe, because we owed a debt of sin that we could not pay. 2nd Corinthians 5:21, “For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.” Jesus paid for our sins by dying on the cross for us all. His dead body was buried in a grave. On the third day, Jesus raised up bodily from the dead. The instant you believe this, God knows it and He saves you. John 6:47, “Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me hath everlasting life.” The free gift (Romans 5:15) is based solely upon your trust in what Jesus did for you, and has absolutely nothing to do with what you do for Him. Ephesians 2:8-9, “For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast.” It is that simple my friend to be saved.
Thank you. Its very clear explain. I will try your motion.

@@brentpourciau Sweet i look forward to it thanks for the reply.
Pronation should happen naturally with proper arm action

When I try to push my trunk forward, I will throw the ball to the ground. How can I fix it?
Chien Li Ho your arm must be throwing too early. You need to learn how to separate your hips and shoulders at front foot strike more.
How do i avoid early arm cocking
Stay loaded in drive leg longer.

몸치라서 따라하기 정말 어렵겠다.
ACCEPT JESUS AS YOUR LORD AND SAVIOR
