@rajnirvan3336 the Virgin A350s are stunning. Got some great close ups of them at Manchester Airport. I would also like to try the A330neo, unfortunately no airlines operate them from Dublin
@rajnirvan3336 Delta might schedule A330neos to Dublin once they start to retire their 767s. As of now Delta is the only airline that I see flying the A350-900 to Dublin. Qatar Airways might send one on occasion I think but they usually use the Dreamliners for the Dublin route
The A350 is the more advanced aircraft. With less power but much better aerodynamics it needs 5 seconds less than the 777 from full throttle until rotation + less fuel consumption + longer range + quieter cabin => A350 is superior to 777!
Do you want a new modern aircraft with potential to be expanded greatly. AIRBUS. Or do you want an old 1960 design that is at the end of its life, and has been pimpt up to try and look modern. BOEING.
Agreed. The Airbus is certainly ahead of the Boeing when it comes to modern design. The 777 still a fantastic aircraft imo. Looking forward to the 777x.. if it ever gets certified 😕
Airbus is a newer company, just founded in 1970 which is 53 years ago with its first Airbus A300. Boeing has been around since 1916 which is 107 years ago with the first Boeing model 1. Boeing's newest model is the 787 which is to replace 767 and Airbus' is A350 in response to the 787 Dreamliner. A35K may perform better, but it is younger compared to 77W. 777-9 will replace the aging 777s.
I love the Triple 7❤❤💕🩷✈️ the last great aircraft buult by "old school" Boeing when they built state of the art, high quality, SAFE and beautiful jets.
@jocelynharris-fx8ho I definitely agree. The 777 is the last great plane to come from Boeing. Really is a fantastic aircraft that helped transform long haul air travel. Will be interesting to see if the 777x can live up to 777 legacy.
The 777 is currently the biggest plane still being built. That makes it interesting for long haul route with a lot of passenger (like transatlantic). The A350 is more fuel efficient and quietter and more interesting for use less busy routes and on airports with restrictions on noise.
@AlbertZonneveld I think that's one of the main advantages the 777x will have going forward. It's larger size will suit airlines like Emirates who need that extra capacity.
A35X is obviously a technically superior aircraft to the 773er by all means, yet we mustn't forget that the 773er was also a technological marvel when it was released. I like the 773er for being the icon of the skies, yet I would definitely ride on the A350X more.

This is normal the plane is made of carbon and it is little fuel-hungry, practical for maintenance and very safe as we saw during the JAL accident in Japan because there were no casualties on board, the 350 is by far the best wide body even if it annoys all the fans hysterics of the Boing criminal enterprise.. And when the time comes to replace the 777/300 it will be the same...The 350 1000 will take its place...The 350 also competes with the 787 which will soon be outdated with its already old engines and boing sold it...boing sells the 787 at a loss to try to counter 330 neo or 350 ...The 777X is also outdated before starting to fly and being certified...Because it is expensive and heavy and will consume more than expected by the companies will quickly realize it is an aluminum plane apart from the wings...Airbus has already got its hands on 65% of the medium haul market and it is on the way to do the same with the wide body market. ..Condolences boing and hysterical fans you leave for lot of years of tears
