This cage is really unsuitable for every small animal. It needs to be changed to the bigger size, at least the minimum sized for every small animal required. The bigger the better.
How to set up: 1.Open cage 2. Put together 3. Kick the bars in 4. Light it on fire 5. Research your hamster and Find out 450 śq inches of floor space is minimum and critter trails only have around 199 sq inches and 6 inches of bedding is minimum aswell. 6. Go to ikea or petco and buy a detolf or 40 gallon breeder Fish tank. That is How you build a crittertrail
I have like three different type of this brand all connected to eachother. My mouse built a little nest a sleeps in one, Plays in the second, and eats/chews on the bars of the third
@@yuupirex6493 if it chews on the bars that means it is wanting out and needs a bigger cage also the paint on these is toxic to mice to be carful i have no clue why ppl still sell these

charles Lane27 Then WHY did you buy it? Mice and rats need stuff like bird cages because they love to climb!
This cage is way too small for any animal. I'd suggest looking into buying/making one that meets the minimum requirements of your small pet

@@yuupirex6493 bar chewing is a sign of stress and it is not worth it nor appropriate to have three of these cages.
