After 15 to 20 days you can make butter and then ghee out of it. Remember, its not a one day job. You need patience to collect it and then make butter.
Milk -> heat -> add starter curd in mild hot condition or buttermilk or lemon juice Set for 8+ hours -> churn the thick curd with the wood churner for 20 minutes or less, add water 1:3 or 1:4 100ml curd:300ml water, step by step add 100ml water curn for 2 minutes then add water curn, then add water churn each time 100ml water. -> finally the butter will separate from the curd, remove the butter, the rest is buttermilk.😊 Add some ginger, cumin + Coriander leaves + Mint + black pepper. Enjoy refreshing energetic buttermilk 😊😊😊 No chilli or onion or tomato or potato it will make poison or crazy.

That water leftover (buttermilk) is excellent organic fertilizer for plants. Do not throw in drainage. Throw it in Garden. Let the plants and soil micro organisms be happy too.
Collect the paal aadai and store it in the freezer. After fifteen days a good qty would have got collected.. Bring this to room temperature & add a bit of curd. Allow it to ferment .The entire quantity becomes curd now. Put in the freezer for half an hr or in the refrigerator for 3-4 hrs.. Once the curd is cool you can churn the butter out of it using the blender or traditionally.
