You could test the cars using the outside of the world glitch where it is much better to test the cars. Fun fact: Dodge Viper, Ford GT and Porsche 911 Turbo S have better top speed with stock transmission but worse acceleration.

Alot of people clueless here, Lotus Elise, Porsche Carrera GT are the WR time cars and destroy anyone online only car that can keep up is a modded BMW on PC dont forget the murcielago and porsche GT for drag racing
Top speed is pretty much irrelevant, It's almost never the deciding factor. Which seems odd since this game has so many high speed races, a massive highway system, and a whole race mode that revolves around high speed accumulation. Handling + decent acceleration beats top speed every time. To the point where the Lamborghini Mercy feels like a trap for new players. Great video though, it gets straight to the point.

@@maverickmathigu4103 I think that might be the intended speed cap for all cars. Although there are some tricks to make them faster, such as maxing out the Ford GT and Dodge Viper SRT-10 in everything but leaving the transmission stock. This makes them accelerate more slowly, but increases their top speed to 500+ kph.

First, there literally no drift in this game so the drift isn't bad because it's not even there, And the top speed similarity goes to the upgrade parts, and that's logically true, Cuz if u put stock transmission in some car the top speed will be different, upgrade parts are meant to be similar, especially in top speed if you want to drive all the cars in stock mode you will notice how different their top speed is
@@alonsosolanovalerio9287 use speedbreaker, only way to hit a somewhat drift. the game is meant for turning, and the drifts you see in cutscenes are all slowed to make it look better. drifting at 150 MPH isnt gonna happen.
@@starmaster488lol9You aren't even meant to use speedbreaker for turning. You brake and slow down your car on tight corners. You use speedbreaker at just the right time when you crash into traffic, or you want to stabilize your car / you panic

I do the test on ford with stock transmission here. You are slightly incorrect. It's 264 mph (425 kmh)

Junkman parts increase your cars performance, they dont deduct top speed unlike normal parts
