Eskrima: Mendoza's Dragon Sticks (footwork & 4-count siniwali)

This video is of Guro Arnel Mendoza of "Dragon Sticks" explaining the difference in footwork of the female and male triangles, as well as introducing his basic 4-count siniwali drill in Eskrima. "Siniwali" means to weave and are double stick hitting patterns that build coordination with both the left and right side.
Guro Arnel Mendoza is currently teaching at DDMMA on Wednesday's 6:30-7:30 PM.
