You buy Adore at asian owned beauty supply stores in urban areas that also sell like braiding hair, lashes, coily hair care. At least in Los Angeles, we buy Adore cellophane in the neighborhood beauty supply.
I used Overtone Ginger for my hair for like, a year and a half straight. I LOVED it for making my hair a natural-looking ginger tone (my hair is naturally dirty blonde). unfortunately, it never came out, despite fading, using Color Oops, making my own color remover, and even going to a professional for a bleach bath. I had to chop my hair off and grow it back out. you do you, but I am NEVER using Overtone ever again and I will NEVER recommend it to anyone at all unless they dye their hair the same color over and over and literally never change it lol
This. It never left my hair. Thankfully, I did it early pandemic and then chopped my hair 2 years later. Loved the ginger color, but it stains the hair. The rose gold did fade out though (used rose gold first, got tricked into think ginger would be similar ha)
I’m a pro colorist and had a blonde client of mine go behind my back and use the Silver overtone like 8 years ago and it turned green and never came out of her hair no matter what I did. We ended up having to make her brunette after highlighting her platinum for over a year 😅
I love how you know you're making a mistake but you're still living your best life. Girl, I'm the same, especially with my hair 😂 The final results look pretty!
Me usually: "Guys, don't tell Aislinn what to do. It is her hair, not yours!" Me when I see overtone in the title: "Oh no..." 😂 But hey, it looks AMAZING
I absolutely LOVE you saying "dont use this, I dont recommend it, use any other product, dont put this onnyour hair" as you were applying it on your hair! 😂 The finished result is stunning and I love your make up.
I get adore on amazon here in uk. Im natural auburn/ titian (darker ginger) and match my blonde balyage to it by mixing 1:2 honey blonde and cajun spice. Cajun spice for real is bright ginger. Washes out in 3 pool trips in a week or if i dont swim and cool wash 2 weeks. Have more even results applying damp as it doesnt spread just dyes what it touches. Hope that helps x
I have a colour remover recommendation!! Its called Scott Cornwall Decolour Permanent Hair Colour Remover and its like a dupe for Colour oops because seriously this stuff removed 4 different layers of semi permanent red dyes to white/pastel pink. Not sure how available it is in the US. But its a life saver. It looks so cute and similar to my current hair (except for the patchy stripes w me lmao) Btw hope ur enjoying the Bahamas (if ur still there) 🖤🌈
gurl i love how this turned out!!! the ginger is giving me life honestly, and the cool blonde on the front is such a lovely contrast! so tempted to steal this shade combo. i've used overtone rose gold in the past and it was so good but stained like a mother f'er
The new XMondo Wavetech hair mask is amazing. I used that first, dried my hair and then applied the XMondo Garnet color. I have darkish red-brown naturally, however being in my late forties, I’m now covering gray. When I get my hair professionally colored, I go with a purple based red to help avoid some of the orange tones as color fades over time. Even still I had some orange tones. The Garnet completely neutralized those orange tones and covered the gray at my hairline (I wear my hair pulled back with a headband). It was so easy to use and my hair looks and feels great. Will help me get through to when I can finally get a salon appointment. Thank you for giving me the confidence to do it myself. Also love that Brad has basically granted you and your viewers a permanent promo code!!!!
I use this Overtone Ginger over my auburn hair color and it is great as a vibrant refresher! I HATE the consistency. I mix it with conditioner so it goes farther and still does the job!
I think your hair looks so gorgeous. That colour is so beautiful. I've used overtone but in purple and i found it was fine. But i do agree, its not cheap.
I had ginger hair for 2 years and I’ve used adore. The colors where sunrise orange and French cognac. They definitely don’t stay in the hair permanently 😂 I had to re-dye my hair every time I showered. It was so annoying. I also used kiss dye and it was the same thing. (Both bought on Amazon) It was so much upkeep I just dyed it black. Btw, you look so good with this hair color ! ❤
I’m howling laughing at the idea of Overtones marketing team looking up recent videos they are mentioned in, then finding this video. 🤣 At least they should be happy with the end result and how vibrant it is 👍🏼
I used Adore hair dye (almost) exclusively when I was dying my hair for a few years and I've never had a problem getting it out of my hair when I was ready to do the next color. In my experience, it's one of the few brands that is true to its "comes out in X washes" claims. Google is your best friend for seeing color results and I always order mine from Amazon and the bottles last forever because of how thin the formula is, it spreads so easily into the hair
The results!! Stunning! 😍 Also, I love that at the reveal of the back of your head your son's tail got up in the frame it was so cute!! It made me smile 😊
That ginger overtone has the worst fade and I had a hard time getting it out. Ahhhh but it does look so good! Your hair is so full and healthy I love what you’re doing with it!
I don't see it as a mistake from the get go, but as a clever way to maneuver through the back part of your hair. The copper will look bomb for a long time. And whilst removing it with colour oops, you'll also remove some of the left over black dye. It's giving unconscious hair genius
I appreciate this video as I've been trying to find various shades of bright pink and magenta that stays as long as possible. I've never heard of Overtone or Adore. I just got Good Dye Young and will be giving that a go. BTW, I see Adore color on Amazon! Thanks for sharing your wisdom and thank you to your hair for constantly taking one for the team.
I mean, I love Overtone but we have very different purposes. I use it to refresh or change the tone of my color, but I don’t bleach my hair and want it to stay as long as possible. I use the L’Oréal high lift reds, and I’ll swap out the red or purple or pink on top to get the color I want. I never try to remove it. So, anyone looking for something similar - it works well for me. I’m loving this color for you!
I used to use overtone on my over processed ends while I was growing back out my natural color and I absolutely loved it. I used the daily conditioner in espresso and it blended so well but if I went swimming in chlorine it would fade out instantly so it’s very interesting to me to watch your journey with it Aislinn! Hope it lasts for your vacation 🖤
I've been with you in this Overtone journey. I realize now I experienced something similar. I used purple for dark hair. On my natural hair it looked like it was completely gone and washed out. But then I got highlights and certain pieces of my hair ended up pink. Luckily it was fine with me, but my hairdresser was a bit frustrated. So it wasn't just the natural colors that stained.
I’m a natural redhead and used to use overtone to just boost the vibrancy. I love the “neon” orange you achieved but I definitely am not a fan of overtone anymore. I found it was incredibly drying when you use it once a month even tho it’s all natural my hair became super super dry with it.
i am obsessed with your makeup in this vid, I could never pull off the gold chrome lip, you're amazing and beautiful and can pull off pretty much anything, from makeup to hair colors
Regular beauty supply carry adore they have a spiced ginner color and a copper mix together that would have been perfect and it’s actually easy to get out I used to use that brand alotttttt testing new brands but adore fades and rinses well with regular bleach baths or in ur case color opps. But u do good with all ur colors so it’s all good u got this girly.
I just used adore in Cajun spice and got it from Amazon for $13 Canadian! It says to use it on damp hair and use heat. It barely stained my skin so I’m hoping it will fade out well and not stain too bad!
I have always ordered Adore off of Amazon and there are a few shades I have grabbed that mix to make amazing copper shades. However most of those shades are super similar so you might be okay going with just one instead of mixing. The only shade I had a hard time removing was one of their neon pink shades and it pretty much stained my hair ☠️ I would definitely buy them and give a swatch test before putting it in your hair.
Their magenta stained my hair badly, too so it's probably something in that family (either the amount of pink/red they use) that's causing the staining.
Watching your videos always feel like I’m getting a call from a friend whose about to do something impulsive with their hair and I’m like, “GIRL NO … Okay, I’m on board. Let’s get this hair party started!”
I like Adore. My fave is Crimson but it fades so fast as well as Ruby Red. Both beautiful colors. Most recently I tried the neon pink and that one refuses to leave my hair 😂
I'm in the minority, I know, but I love Overtone. I dye my hair in purples and blues (and sometimes a touch of green) and I *love* the fact that I can wake up the next morning and not have blue or purple dye on my face, my neck, my pillow case, my sheets, and the wall. Every other brand I've tried bleeds so badly for days! I'm an Overtone gal for life 🙂
Gosh you make my day,,,,love watching you do all the colours you do on your hair, you suit everything you do! Not many things make me smile in my bad days but you do! Tyvm for your videos ⚘️⚘️⚘️⚘️⚘️
I put that exact color directly over platinum expecting genuine ginger and lol. It was insanely bright orange with sorta rust tones. Basically early hayley williams hair, definitely not ginger and I was upset for a bit. It took so many months to fade but I eventually was able to bleach it out.
In my experience with Adore it doesn't stay long. I've used French Cognac, Cajun Spice (my fav and go to) and Spiced Amber and they all fade super quick.
I love how the cat popped out like "THIS is ginger" 😂
Exactly what I thought!! He popped his tail up to brag!
Adore is mainly at black beauty supplies , like stuff that is usually meant for afro textured hair😊
It reminds me of Ginger Spice’s hair from the 90’s Spice Girls which I LOVEEEE 🤍🧡

hahahah yup, the most relatable shit ever!
Right? Hair grows back! ☺️
Me usually: "Guys, don't tell Aislinn what to do. It is her hair, not yours!"
Me when I see overtone in the title: "Oh no..." 😂
But hey, it looks AMAZING
14:38 Your baby is a paid actor 😂 his timing was PURFECT.
Cosmo's timing was IMPECCABLE! 😻
I absolutely LOVE you saying "dont use this, I dont recommend it, use any other product, dont put this onnyour hair" as you were applying it on your hair! 😂
The finished result is stunning and I love your make up.
I petition for a full blonde look wit copper highlights or copper ends on a bright blonde base ❤❤❤
As soon as I saw the title i said, “GIRL, WHYYY??” But I love and support you queen. We’re in this journey together. 🥰
Even your ginger cat came over to check out the ginger hair. 😍 😸 Maybe your kitty was jealous. lol It seriously was perfect timing.
All I saw was 'overtone' and clicked the video so fast
I was actually concerned that it was going to be flat-out orange but I like the coppery-orange that you got. Can't wait to see how it fades! ❤
14:37 omg your cat putting its tail on the ginger reveal was such perfect timing
The hair colors together reminds me of the movie ginger snaps and I like it. Like a modernized version of her hair.

I use adore sunrise orange mixed with some adore paprika and it makes a great ginger color, a bit amped up.
gurl i love how this turned out!!! the ginger is giving me life honestly, and the cool blonde on the front is such a lovely contrast! so tempted to steal this shade combo. i've used overtone rose gold in the past and it was so good but stained like a mother f'er
I LOVE this hair length on you! 💜🧡
I agree with you on overtone. I was vibrant purple for 3-4 years. Now still have purple spots but at the time of wearing my hair I absolutely loved it
I love your son, he is so fluffy - cute and your hair looks stunning.
Adore actually comes out of the hair extremely easily and I love the color selection.

I’ve never used overtone but the klenditioner copper color is beautiful for upkeeping an orangey ginger

Omg I’m IN LOVE with the results! My entire head is actually that exact shade of orange and I’m obsessed 🧡 it’s giving Hayley Williams 😍
Love your harvest makeup!!! Love that you know Overtone is a bad idea, but still want to do it. Definitely life.
The video may be about the ginger but the platinum kinda stole the show! Such an even color, obsessed
its giving ginger spice and i LOVE IT

Your son is so handsome, and his timing is perfect! I am loving your hair colour combo. The blonde with the orange is stunning
The results!! Stunning! 😍 Also, I love that at the reveal of the back of your head your son's tail got up in the frame it was so cute!! It made me smile 😊
I'm so looking forward to Vlogmas 2023: Overtone 2 Electric Bugaloo 😂😂
Looks amazing 🥰
I love how your hair came out. Beautiful.
Your makeup is absolutely stunning! I'm obsessed!!!! I'd love to see that makeup tutorial!!
Love how you did the two tone, looks adorable
I pray for the hair, color oops didnt even get the ginger overtone out of my hair but my thoughts are with you
You look beautiful! Giving Ginger Spice vibes! ❤
Omg after the overtone brown, I can’t believe you did it! Gurrrrrrrl, you’re brave AF!
Oh i love it .. its giving Ginger Spice vibes :);)
That ginger overtone has the worst fade and I had a hard time getting it out. Ahhhh but it does look so good! Your hair is so full and healthy I love what you’re doing with it!
Cool combo I love it....plus twinning with the meow is really killing it hard core.

Living for your nickname, I love it 😄
Would love to see you compare a bunch of coppers in one video!

The bleach you used came out so good even without toning!! And I love your makeup 🖤 so pretty
Can't decide which color I like more, the white blonde or the vivid copper. I love both on you.
Looks absolutely stunning!!! Hope you’re having the BEST vacay 🌈✨🫧🌴🍍🐠🫶🐡

Love the ginger/orange color. Goes well with your lipstick. And it looks more festive for the fall.

Fully support you doing whatever the hell you want to your hair and here to watch it always. Love you and your realness/authenticity. 💙

I love the color. Very pretty.
Reminds me of ginger spice hair with a lot more blonde.
Perfect timing!😻🐈 Hair looks incredible!🔥
Looks AMAZING do you think you could show how well it sticks to your natural outgrowth in the back?
Watching your videos always feel like I’m getting a call from a friend whose about to do something impulsive with their hair and I’m like, “GIRL NO … Okay, I’m on board. Let’s get this hair party started!”
"my future baldness" i'm screaming 🤣

The orange tail popping up right at the reveal made me laugh out loud. 😂 he’s such a handsome boi.
I put that exact color directly over platinum expecting genuine ginger and lol. It was insanely bright orange with sorta rust tones. Basically early hayley williams hair, definitely not ginger and I was upset for a bit. It took so many months to fade but I eventually was able to bleach it out.
I’ve used the ginger before and I didn’t have any issues getting it out luckily
Omg you look like Ginger Spice at the end i’m obsessed
Looks amazing Aislinn!
love the Halloween Ice Queen look
Love the hair, and love the T-shirt. Trick R Treat is my fave horror movie.
I’ve used the purple for brown hair and it fades out beautifully. Granted it does take A WHILE to fade out but no staining.
Overtone stains so well bc chemically it's very close to carpet dye
I’m felt regret and excitement the second I saw this video just now 😂😂 overtone is fun but sucks to get out! Live your best life!!!!
your son is EVERYTHING omfg
This makeup is so incredibly gorgeous. I always wish you'd mention details about your makeup in the description.
It looks beautiful Aislinn, you are the queen of colour! Can't wait to see what your next venture will be!
Color looks great!
I absolutely love this. YOU ARE SERVING GOTH ROGUE FROM X-MEN EVOLUTION.
I love this haircut on you 🤩
In my experience with Adore it doesn't stay long. I've used French Cognac, Cajun Spice (my fav and go to) and Spiced Amber and they all fade super quick.
Girl, you are amazing!
Loooooove it!!!! You are so gorgeous!!!
Can you do a video swatching different brands version of copper? 😊feel like that's be fun to see!
I used ColorOops to get out a nasty box dye I used on my hair and beard. I accidentally got some ColorOops on my lips. The taste 😫😫😫😫
You get adore at beauty supply stores and they’re super easy to get out
