From a hair colorlist to an other if this was my situation id do either of those , since your plan is to let your hair rest for a bit for a year : 1. Either you could apply a level 8 natural / beige or golden toner all over , to blend with the darker parts , a demi or semi . It wouldn't be as blond but it would let your hair rest and you can then lift that in a year when its grown with your virgin roots to a platinum OR 2. you take a 10 vol cut some foils and take it really slow and colour correct the bands but there is a huge risk of breakage as you know . I would do half of my back braid the other half out of the way ,so you have more time and less stress , apply the foils , rinse it , pin it out of the way , do the other half and repeat.I have similar hair as you and whenever i do my own hair even regrowths i never do like my full head in one go because i know i'm slower on my own , yes it takes me longer but i don't stress with time lol Best of luck!!
I can't believe it was multiple years ago that you let your natural grow out. Time flies! That black color lifted pretty well but it's still stuck in there for being a demi, I'm surprised. I wonder if it's the black or the permanent copper that's holding on for dear life. Your hair condition still looks good though! Can't wait to see what you do next! ❤
I am thinking you could do a beautiful colormelt in sunset colours...purple at roots, to magenta, to pink, to coral, to orange, to yellow. That way you could wind up with a different type of rainbow!! The colours would hide your banding.
I think you may be happier with it in the long run if it you bleached it so that it is all over the same shade. I haven’t bleached my hair in over a year and a half (as I’m trying to grow out my natural color for a bit and give my hair a rest) but the last time I bleached it I was already experiencing breakage and was afraid to get too much more so I left it with a yellow band that, to this day, still does not take color the same way as the rest of my ends that are still blonde. If I could go back and redo it I would. But if you’re happy with it for now and feel like you can live with it as is then that’s all the matters ♥️ you look beautiful as always!
I say deep purple in the back and leave the front blonde! It would cover and give it a break, also would help tone it a bit for whatever you do next with it. 💜💜💜
I absolutely love the before hair, the mix of blonde with copper tones with a black shirt is just chefs kiss. Also you're so beautiful, I feel like I say in that in every video you post (heart emoji)
HIGHLY RECOMMEND doing a bleach wash instead of full blown bleach. Bleach wash the mids and then do the roots last 10 minutes. They both look like they need the second bleach but not as strong as using the full on lightener mix. Can't wait to see what your next color is gonna be! 😁
Maybe you could do a two-toned blonde look with the pre-existing tones you already have. For example, keeping the platinum blonde in the front, but toning the blonde in the back to something more even (like a level 7-8) with a semi/demi-permanent color??? Idk... but this is a very good outcome!
You should tone the back to a darker blonde and keep the front platinum I think it will look good and be the healthiest choice for you hair while ur on your grow out journey ❤
i love it! i believe in you and your fragile hair, you can do a 10 vol bleach on those mid sections if you want. fr tho wait till the chemical burns are healed tho 😭
Try teal!!!! Like the Xmondo turquoise or the Lunar Tides Cerulean Sea. I just did a mix of AF’s phantom green, aquamarine and blue jean baby and I’ve been vibing with that lately. It’s one of those colors I always come back to.
I was nervous for you but honestly it turned out even better than I expected it to! I know you will come up with a super creative idea for what to do next, can't wait to see it! 💕
Without seeing the end yet- I would color remove the red and just stop with it for a spell. Use the Olaplex system and get it going strong again. You're fortunate to have such pretty facial features you can pull off any color.
Girl I can’t believe you got chemical burns 😕 But you did an amazing job on your hair!! It looks beautiful! Yes, the back has some stuff goin on, but it doesn’t look bad to me! You’re very talented to be able to do all of this on yourself! 🤩❤️😍🥰🤗
This may be a good opportunity to do some vibrant or gem tones colors. Something dark enough to cover the inconsistent areas. But if you really want blonde, maybe a good permanent toner will even it out
Not doing the best atm so I'm gonna binge your videos to distract myself. Watching your videos has always been very calming/satisfying for me, and even though i never really comment, i just wanted to thank you for doing what you do ❤
Hey Queen love the video per usual ... I'm a cosmetologist my self an I think one more round of bleach 10v foil the lower section completely mid sec spot correct an foil so it doesn't bleed or overlap after 45 min with heat wash an then tone ( ash lv 9 mixed with any toner with warmth lv 5 just a pinch to cancel any warmth wash with purple shampoo )❤❤❤
This makes me happy! I have not had bleach on my hair since early 2021 when I was yellow all over, and I then dyed it red not long into 2021 and I have SO much build-up of different reds in my hair now. It has turned into a horrible copper colour with maroons in the back (I blame Arctic Fox for doing that). I'm booked in to have it all bleached soon and touched up with a bright ass red, because I miss having it super neon red... I hate my hair colour now and I was nervous about how the bleaching session will go because I have had issues in the past from over processing and trying to strip colour, but this has eased my nerves a bit. My hair is quite healthy so I know it will take the bleach well, and it's about as dark in the back much like yours is. I'm very excited to see the outcome now! I gotta say, please don't put the permanent black in! You've got it so bright, don't undo it 😥
wow for having all of those coppers and reds in back of ur hair, not bad at all !!! im confident u can definitely be a full even platinum blonde soon of course you’ll figure it out Aislin you always do !! ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜
Years ago, I went from black permanent box dye, to blonde. I just did it REALLY slowly. Like, a bleach bath every couple of weeks, with deep conditioning masks in between. My hair was completely fine afterwards 🤷🏼♀️
i already said this but i would do T10 on the roots and mids then mix T10 and T14 for the ends it may make it all even and still be a nice light blonde color . that's is the mix I use when I am tired of being plantiun and also when I do not feel like rebleaching I just use that on my roots.
I’ve been going to my friend for a couple of years now to get blonde balayage and highlights through my hair and I am really wanting to go strawberry blonde/ginger with bright blonde money pieces because of you. 😂
Ik this hairstyle/cut wasnt on purpose but the short shaggy really does look stunning on you what about maybe a bleach bath but try and make it a little thicker to put on that golden section
Great job! Could you cut the bottom off? That way the darker blonde is the ends. it’s not all over color but it could help it look more intentional? Could save you from wanting to bleach? Disclaimer: I’m a short bob girly so a hair cut is always my go to answer lol.
I've had my virgin hair turn bright coral pink while bleaching before. I have no idea why! The part I'd dyed before made sense as I'd used Splat pink hair dye in my hair, but I was very confused as to why my virgin hair had done so as well.
Patch test for another round of lightner? It might tell you if you can do it again or not. If not then darker tips could be a solution to whatever hairstyle you do next
@AkaAislinn Try Joico Defy Damage! I just used the spray before I bleached my hair and it was literally life saving. I was able to overlap with literally no breakage!
Could always tone with a level 8 neutral or ashy color and leave it be for a bit and just stick to mid tone colors. Or do a medium purple for the back half so it was time to relax🤷🏼
try using more gentle lighteners like Schwarzkopf don’t have the safest lighteners, try the example of Wella Freelights, of course it doesn’t lighten as well as blonde me, but it’s safer😊
what if you tone the back a little darker to match the golden blonde (which would be gorg) and then take a break for a few weeks to do another round of bleach only in the golden part? i know you're tired of two toned hair but i think its one of the best options
Dang that Ring notification lol - my dog is currently barking at the door for no reason 😂😂😂. Business as usual over here. Thanks for another great video, that shade of blonde does look nice on you.
girl take care of those chemical burns! i got them ONE TIME in alllll my years of bleaching and dying my own hair, and that’s all it took to develop scalp psoriasis. now every winter my hairline right on the back of my neck always breaks out and gets these big, awful, itchy, sore, scabby spots and i cant bleach my hair back there at all
omg i just did the same thing, have been dying my hair black with permanent dye for the last 6 months…came out with similar results! im trying to tone w/blue angel from manic panic 🩵
You could do a level 9 ash permanent colour all over. As it has 10vol in it, it might bump that band to a level 9. And even permanent hair dye fades (or you could do colour oops) and you can put colours on top of 9 ash blonde just wont be as bright as raw level 10 bleach hair.
Chemical burns are no joke. I’m very sensitive and use sensitive products. Everytime I bleach my hair it’s a mental preparation because I know my scalp will be swollen for a couple days
I've been considering bleaching out the back of my hair for like 6 months. I have everything for it just realllllly scared to do it since I've been trying to grow it out! I'm sick of black/brown hair at the back now. Maybe I'll feel more confident after seeing your results.. 😂 good luck lol ❤❤❤
I just finished binge watching your last three vids and boy was that a journey! I was a scared for your hairs. Would they make it? 😅 Not too bad on the final result with what you had. I loved the copper moment you had and maybe try to match the golden blonde you got on the ends. It looks pretty but you should do what makes you feel good and happy. I can't wait to see what you do. 😍🙂
Put a lvl 8 or 7 color all over perhaps? Youd have to try and color the front a more yellow color first though if you want it to be super even. Good luck ❤
I think if what u should do if you bleach it again is don’t bleach the roots cuz they are already white. Just bleach the midshaft and let that set for 45 minutes then when it’s been 35 minutes the last ten minutes bleach your ends again and then that’s it. If you need to tone it but just tone the back not your front pieces that were already blonde. Hope this helps 😊
If you are gonna do neons over it anyway, I feel like you could get some colors to work with that. Maybe a purple shade, but do a darker root so you cant see the hot roots? Lol. I did that once and it worked well. Made my hair fade to a super shitty gray on the ends though.

Is there a way to view the eyeshadow pallet ingredients? I have sensitive skin so I have to check. Otherwise it looks beautiful!
From a hair colorlist to an other if this was my situation id do either of those , since your plan is to let your hair rest for a bit for a year : 1. I love that you always go full send. I just cut my waist length hair to only 1 inch from my scalp 🤘🏾
You are so brave Aislinn lol
Brave or stupid 🤔🤣
I can't believe it was multiple years ago that you let your natural grow out. Time flies!
That black color lifted pretty well but it's still stuck in there for being a demi, I'm surprised. I wonder if it's the black or the permanent copper that's holding on for dear life. Your hair condition still looks good though! Can't wait to see what you do next! ❤
I think you look amazing with this shade of blonde! Softer than the white hair, you looks stunning as always ❤❤❤
Oh thank you! 🫶🏻
Just a level 8 blond toner all over should do the trick, you look fabulous and your hair has suffered enough 😂
I kind of love the yellow and the platinum blonde together. It’s giving Y2k!!!
Wish you’d do some makeup tutorials! Your face is always flawless.
Good job on getting all that done!
You could always use a bleach bath on the band to help even it out, if you wanted.
That’s my next move to remove the rest of my orange and I’ll be BLONDE BABY!! 😂😊❤
Aislinn you look beautiful with any hair 😍
Awww thank you 😭🫶🏻
I would go in with 10vol on that dark band, otherwise no matter the colour you will still have that banding, or maybe a bleach bath 🩷
I am thinking you could do a beautiful colormelt in sunset colours...purple at roots, to magenta, to pink, to coral, to orange, to yellow. That way you could wind up with a different type of rainbow!! The colours would hide your banding.
Work with it instead of against it
Okay kinda off topic subject I love the way pinks fade on blonde hair, literally so pretty and the only thing I miss about bleached hair lol
25 seconds in and I, too, am nervous 😅
I think you may be happier with it in the long run if it you bleached it so that it is all over the same shade. I haven’t bleached my hair in over a year and a half (as I’m trying to grow out my natural color for a bit and give my hair a rest) but the last time I bleached it I was already experiencing breakage and was afraid to get too much more so I left it with a yellow band that, to this day, still does not take color the same way as the rest of my ends that are still blonde. I say deep purple in the back and leave the front blonde! It would cover and give it a break, also would help tone it a bit for whatever you do next with it. 💜💜💜
Honestly you could probably do a deep purple in rhe back section, that should cover the gold no prob. Might even act as a toner a bit?
Considering the colours the back section has been, the lift is insane!! You'll definitely be able to work something out. Killing it as always🖤💚
I absolutely love the before hair, the mix of blonde with copper tones with a black shirt is just chefs kiss. Also you're so beautiful, I feel like I say in that in every video you post (heart emoji)
Yes I've been waiting!! Sending good energy on this one ❤
Haven't seen a second, but I just know that video is going to make me so happy no matter the outcome. Rogue Aislinn is back
your eyes are so so pretty. you should do matching green hair one day!
The oil basically dilutes the bleach, so thats why the hair feels better.. it's like you used a lower volume developer :D
I hope your skin has recovered ❤
Somehow you always come through, and I’m here for it LOL
The two blondes definitely work well on you! You still get to see the layers too without being super choppy looking, even with the breakage ❤❤❤
I haven't tried it, but a hairdresser once told me to sprinkle artificial sweetener on my scalp when bleaching - it will stop the burning.
I’m a hairdresser and we keep sweet n low on hand for a couple clients at my salon. I don’t know how it helps but supposedly it does
You should tone the back to a darker blonde and keep the front platinum I think it will look good and be the healthiest choice for you hair while ur on your grow out journey ❤
Go a light brown, im sure you've done it before but I've never seen it and it'd be really pretty and easy
Your voice is so calming 😌 🫠
i love it! i believe in you and your fragile hair, you can do a 10 vol bleach on those mid sections if you want. fr tho wait till the chemical burns are healed tho 😭
Try teal!!!! Like the Xmondo turquoise or the Lunar Tides Cerulean Sea. I just did a mix of AF’s phantom green, aquamarine and blue jean baby and I’ve been vibing with that lately. It’s one of those colors I always come back to.
I'm honestly so glad i found someone that changes their hair as often as i have
I clicked so fast and you did a great job on getting your hair even, can't wait to see what you do next.
You have so much patience for this! It looks good for what you started with!
I was nervous for you but honestly it turned out even better than I expected it to! I know you will come up with a super creative idea for what to do next, can't wait to see it! 💕
The results aren't bad ! I have a suggestion; would you want to take a strand of hair and run color oops over the banding ? see if it takes it out ?
The next color you do can you please include you doing your makeup with your pallet, in the video
Yes. I just purchased your palette and would love to see how you do your eyes.❤❤❤
Without seeing the end yet- I would color remove the red and just stop with it for a spell. Use the Olaplex system and get it going strong again. You're fortunate to have such pretty facial features you can pull off any color.
Your makeup is everything in this video!
Love the honesty about the scalp/ neck irritation … nice to know it happens lol
Girl I can’t believe you got chemical burns 😕 But you did an amazing job on your hair!! It looks beautiful! Yes, the back has some stuff goin on, but it doesn’t look bad to me! You’re very talented to be able to do all of this on yourself! 🤩❤️😍🥰🤗
Your hair looks amazing! I love this warm golden shade of the ends
You're always badass, Ais...the hair looks very good for what you just went through. Absolutely.🖤💜🌙
You should do ghost roots since they’re really light
Maybe like a light grey and darker grey on the ends…
Hope you the best 🩶🖤
I suggest toning the back to an ash blonde, then rebleach with a gentle bleach bath & 10 vol..should help you get a more even canvas ❤
Im so glad you posted today it was a long day great way to unwind watching you bleach your hair 😌♥️
This may be a good opportunity to do some vibrant or gem tones colors. Something dark enough to cover the inconsistent areas. But if you really want blonde, maybe a good permanent toner will even it out
You look SO good with platinum blonde is insane! Blonde is your colour ❤❤❤
Will a blue based toner neutralize the orange banding? I felt so bad for your poor scalp & neck. Great result from where you started though! ❤❤❤
This had me nervous!! The results turned out well. It lightened up quite a bit without obvious breakage!!
Not doing the best atm so I'm gonna binge your videos to distract myself. Watching your videos has always been very calming/satisfying for me, and even though i never really comment, i just wanted to thank you for doing what you do ❤
I think your hair came out excellent given you went in with such a complicated situation!
Im so excited for this video!
Edit: this color blonde looks good on you

I would love to see a princess beige on you esp with your skintone ❤🙌
Of course TH-cam didn’t notify me of this video 😅
Aislinn I have a feeling you’re not stopping here!
Youre so pretty Aislinn
Aww 😭😭 thank you so much 🖤
i already said this but i would do T10 on the roots and mids then mix T10 and T14 for the ends it may make it all even and still be a nice light blonde color . that's is the mix I use when I am tired of being plantiun and also when I do not feel like rebleaching I just use that on my roots.

I have to admire for the optimism, I would freak out having all this different colors on my hair
@AkaAislinn
Try Joico Defy Damage! I just used the spray before I bleached my hair and it was literally life saving. I was able to overlap with literally no breakage!
how thin are your walls?
i maybe would try a very mild bleach wash? depending on state of your hair?
or just colour it rainbow ❤🌈
Could always tone with a level 8 neutral or ashy color and leave it be for a bit and just stick to mid tone colors. Or do a medium purple for the back half so it was time to relax🤷🏼
I would dye the back a purple, but so light that it removes the yellow and isn't too purple :)
try using more gentle lighteners like Schwarzkopf don’t have the safest lighteners, try the example of Wella Freelights, of course it doesn’t lighten as well as blonde me, but it’s safer😊

I’m trying to grow my natural out too. Idk what color to do on the blonde next tho. Pink is almost faded. Love you ❤
Can you please review the ultra bond crème lightenerrrr I just ordered it to highlight my hair and I’m so curious!
Dang that Ring notification lol - my dog is currently barking at the door for no reason 😂😂😂. Business as usual over here. Thanks for another great video, that shade of blonde does look nice on you.
Maybe see if blue toner would neutralize the brassiness? 👀👉👈 Or if T18 works on brassy banding?
'Not bad tho, not bad" who you trying to convince 😂
Can't wait to see how this turns out. Sending all the best vibes, hope you are well ❤
girl take care of those chemical burns! i got them ONE TIME in alllll my years of bleaching and dying my own hair, and that’s all it took to develop scalp psoriasis. now every winter my hairline right on the back of my neck always breaks out and gets these big, awful, itchy, sore, scabby spots and i cant bleach my hair back there at all
IM SO READY
You are giving me total Vitamin C "Graduation" feels and I am here for it!
omg i just did the same thing, have been dying my hair black with permanent dye for the last 6 months…came out with similar results! im trying to tone w/blue angel from manic panic 🩵
I would try a second round with 10 vol, or even with 7 (Blondme), and leave it for about 20 minutes or so, and then a good old Aphogee treatment 💜
I am convinced you will make another miracle, like you do every time. ❤
You are looking so very beautiful! 😊
Good luck ❤
Omg the way your hair grew out is so adorable with the blonde 😭
I think if what u should do if you bleach it again is don’t bleach the roots cuz they are already white. Just bleach the midshaft and let that set for 45 minutes then when it’s been 35 minutes the last ten minutes bleach your ends again and then that’s it. If you need to tone it but just tone the back not your front pieces that were already blonde. Hope this helps 😊
I would not rebleach and try a darker shade that fades nicely, maybe a warm deep purple?
Aislinn could you slather your neck in barrier cream or Vaseline or something to prevent the bleach touching your neck?
Yes! I should have done that 😅
If you are gonna do neons over it anyway, I feel like you could get some colors to work with that. Maybe a purple shade, but do a darker root so you cant see the hot roots? Lol. I did that once and it worked well. Made my hair fade to a super shitty gray on the ends though.
At least you could let your hair rest a few weeks and try to hit the band again when you do your roots?
The excitement seeing this !!!! 😍
