Love the flashback sequence--it's pretty much what happens after every reality show commercial break. They rehash 75 percent of what already happened, because they know their audience has a 7 minute attention span.
The cinematography and the editing really sells it. The handheld shots and the crash zooms with cuts to talking heads and a master shot where we see the production crew.
As generally good as most of The House skits are, I specifically love how this one just flips back and forth between five different reality show genres.
