I think this is the best looking exhaust by far
Fly Jenkins we are glad you think so.
this sold me on purchasing this, now just find our where its actually in stock at, thanks!
I actually installed it myself today for my first motorcycle MT-03 2022 thanks to your explanation .
Great to hear!
Hey omr, i have the mt-03 22' and i would like to know if you had to do any adjustments to install the Toce. I saw that tst has the toce exhaust for 2020+ models but i need to know if i can actually install it before i order.
@@Π.Τ.Φ the only adjustment is the hard plastic heat shield that covers the original exhaust pipes, since this system is for the R3 you need to cut it a lil bit so it can fit the Toce exhaust pipes or just take that plastic off.
@@omr3234 thank you for your response. Ride safe!
I’ll be buying this within the next couple months for my r3 no question
very good neatly and slowly shown I really liked the exaust sounds cool keep going more vedioes needed
TSTindustries come here in the philippines your products are much better. We need products like yours here. Expand your shop here
Nice looking exhaust, neat Installation too
Thanks buddy.
Great job explaining installation in detail! Sounds and looks amazing. Do I need a power commander or fuel remapping if I get this installed on my R3? Thanks!
Yes, reccomended
You don't need to ecu Flash on the 2019 r3 i don't think you need a power Commander either, jus take out the charcoal canister
Wondering the same thing, just got a 2016 about to start on it
What a unique sound
can you keep charcoal canister? does that effect passing emissions?
Should i flash my r 3 what can you recomend
Great Job - enjoyed the video
I love the look of this muffler, but is it offered as a slip on, as to retain cat for street use?
It is not offered as a slipon.it only exists in full exhaust version.
You guys vids. are always awesome thank you for all info and for what you do.
I have a question would it be possible for you guys to build a TOCE full exhaust system for the 2022 Yamaha MT03 please and thank you. 👌🏽👍🏽💯
You would have to ask the Toce guys for that. From my experience in wrenching on the MT03 the exhausts meant for R3 are compatible with MT with some minor modifications to the belly shroud.
Such a nice exhaust 💯
Instead of removing the oxygen sensor on Both sides, can we just remove the side that goes directly into the exhaust , & connect it back to the new pipe?
Yes
@@CamShanksPlays Won't it break the wires?
Bagi dekat saya la bang ekzos standard R25/R3 tu 😍😅
Really a neat installation, you are skillful and that's realy a great looking exhaust!
Thank you for the feedback! We think Toce Performance did a great job designing this exhaust system.
Can you do a tutorial with the 2009-1014 R1?
Yei what about the chorcoal canister just need to plug that one hose to remove that or do I need to do the air box one to
Wondering the same thing. I just installed mine today and only plugged the smaller hose from the canister as said in directions.
@@Kraz3d4073 loud as hell
A full exhaust and no pops and crackles? How is that possible? I need the pops and crackles, especially with basically a straight pipe
I love the looks
It's a nice one. Sounds good too.
What is the increase in power that can be expected from this exhaust with a good tune and air filter?
ptobsbly not too much without an ecu flash
Is this a racetrack thing or is it cool for the street rider to ...only asking because i seen you plugging things off....dont kill me im new to this bike life
Well it is a race exhaust, and does away with some parts of the bike that limit emissions. If you intend to use this exhaust on the streets then I would urge you to do research into local emission regulations before making your purchase.
I'm wondering the same thing because I am new to riding as well. Do I have to remove the charcoal canister if I install this exhaust?
We were able to remount it in our test installations. We took out the two 8mm head screws that hold the canister bracket to the motor, moved over by one hole spacing to the left of the bike, and used only one of the screws. This made enough clearance to re-mount the canister without interference with header.
TSTindustries so then it remains legal right?
@@vexmau5 not exactly. This is a racing exhaust with no catalyst canister. When you remove OE header you are doing away with the catalyst. In most places like USA, Canada, EU, and a growing list of other regions, removing ANY original emissions equipment makes your bike not road legal. At that point you are supposed to only use this bike on a closed circuit.
Vende no Brasil ?
I know it says it's for track, but can I install and use this on the street?
The exhaust is not homologated for public highway use.
Will the check engine light be off with this exhaust
The exhaust itself does not turn on check engine lights. If you do not unplug your O2 sensor there will be no check engine light.
Saludos desde 🇪🇨🙏
Hola amigo
Hi TST, if I get the flash tune for it, do I still need to do the block off on the intake box (AIS) and the charcoal canister?
A flash tune can disable the AIS within the ECU and then the components will be inactive. If you choose to keep them on your bike then that is your choice but then you have a bunch of dead components not doing anything.
@@TSTindustries TY for the reply :)
OK so makes sense to take it off when doing the flash tune. But if not doing the tune, then we MUST do the AIS and canister right? Or can we not do it? Just trying to figure out if it's ok to or not.
I read online that doing the AIS (no tune) caused a lag in throttle. Did you guys have any issues with the AIS and canister plug?
"Hopefully it won't be grown a third arm".."probably should have used some gloves" 🤭🤭🤣👍
Sometimes I do, sometimes I don't
Is this only for the race track or is it legal on the street as well?
Toce has not pursued any homologation certification for street use of their exhausts
I have a power commander V and was looking to buy this exhaust. I was wondering if you guys have a downloaded map for this exhaust so I can upload it to the bike?
At this time we do not offer a map download for this exhaust configuration. Sorry. The best results are gained through installing the exhaust and a better flowing air filter, and then dyno tuning the bike.
do we need to remove charcoal canister for this installation? what was the reason you removed it?
You do not absolutely need to remove the canister, but you will have to remount it in order to make clearance for the header. Moving it over one hole on the bracket to motor mounting should suffice for the clearance. Then I would recommend using red threadlock to keep that single screw in the motor mount since you are now relying on only one screw to hold it. Do you understand what this charcoal canister does?
TSTindustries goctha! thanks. so we are doing it to clear space for the installation and it’s more of a mechanical reason than technical Yes, I do know the function of the canisters and the evaporated fuel.
@@chumbervic104 by using this exhaust you are already removing the most important component of emission control and technically making the bike not public road legal. The tiny bit of fuel that goes over the rim of the filler hole in the tank once in a blue moon and doesnt get sucked back up into the intake is the least of your worry. Typically a full exhaust is done for racing or track riding purposes and then all the heavy and unnecessary components come off. If you ever plan on tuning this bike on a dyno then think about the fact that there will be inconsistent extra gasoline fumes getting into intake depending on whether or not you dribbled fuel over the rim of the filler hole.
TSTindustries 👍🏽
Can you do a video for a 2017 r6? There’s only endcan installs on TH-cam. not a full system.
We can do a Yoshimura install. We stock those, and we have a 2019 model that actually has that already installed but we have the stock parts to swap back to. The only problem is that we have converted this bike to SS race spec already so we can't depict the fairing removal
Hi there , just wondering if you have to put the plug on the AIS if not what will happen , i also don't want to reflash my ecu , will there be any down side to not doing the reflash and not putting on the ais plug
If you dont remove your ais you will have to remount the charxoal canister somehow to leave room for the header. If you dont put the plug in there nothing will happen other than air still being injected into the exhaust stream. I have seen people install full exhausts on bikes and not do any tuning, and their bike was fine even in the long term. I always encoudage customers to tune the bike to all the modifications they jave made. If you just install an exhaist and do nothing else then tou aren't maximizing the performance gains from that equipment.
Sweet man thankx for the reply
Hello, What happens if I don’t dyno tune after putting this exhaust on?
You will not take advantage of the true performance gains that could be had, and your air fuel ratio will be all wonky.
how does this compare to m4 street slayer? anyone heard both in real life ? which one is overall better and convenient
So this exhaust is illegal to drive to the street? Only for track???
It is not homologated for street use.
@@TSTindustries do I need to buy ECU Flash when buying This exhaust, or just go to Dyno after installing it to do the tuning??? Thanks in advance 😁😁
@@rowelandres139 on this particular bike taking it to the dyno after installing exhaust and good flowing air filter is the best course of action
Hi Tstindustries, I really love the looks of this exhaust but I don't like the sound, is there any way I could buy only the slip on? If so, can you share with me the link?
Toce is working on a slipon version but we don't have any info on when it will be available.
Will this work without a flash/power commander or is one required after installing?
It is not required but highly recommended. Without a proper tune you are just spending money on making noise.
Do you have to remove the charcoal canister? I heard this exhaust will leave passenger's feet black.
The charcoal canister has nothing to do with black stuff coming out of the exhaust. It is there to catch fumes coming out of the fuel overflows and enable the intake to breathe them back into the combustion chamber, lowering total emissions.
@@TSTindustries oh shoot! Thanks for the info. Is there a way to counter the black stuff?
Why do you need to block the AIS hose what happens if you don't do it?
This a full exhaust claiming race pedigree. You would typically take this bike to the dyno to tune it after exhaust installation. I you have AIS still in, then that system will push air into exhaust and throw off the readings of the oxygen sensing equipment of the dyno.
What lubricant did you use on the pipe so it would be easier disassembling it?
It is a type of metal filled grease. I believe that Permatex makes it.
When installing that toce exhaust, is there no need to tune the motorcycle in the dyno or something?
Without tuning on a dyno you will not get the full advantage of changing the exhaust.
Do you ship to Colombia?
How to order?
Do these fit on the yamahar mt03 2021 model?
Will this work for the 2020 mt-03? Is there a video for that bike?
Yes it will work but you may have to trim a bit of the plastic off the under belly shroud to make clearance for the header.
Can you guys make a video for the mt03? I have an mt03 as well and actually jus bought this exhaust. Should be arriving today
You guys got an installation vid for the FZ 07?
Not at the moment
Do you have a similar installion video for R1 2019
Nah...sorry. We did not shoot that installation on video.
Wonderfull video!!.... but, it's necesary to remove the charcoal canister, what happen if you don't?
If you don't then it will make contact with the left header tube. You can remove the two screws that hold the canister bracket to the motor, move it all over to use only one of the screws/holes on the bracket, use threadlocking compound on the screw, and torque it down enough so the canister doesn't move. Or you can just remove it.
got it!!! thanks so much, so to be clear if I remove that piece, that entails some negative consequence on the bike??
Good Day! What's the inner and outer diameter of the oem header gaskets? Versus the one that you've placed? Thanks
They are the same diameters.
Is there any issues if you change the exhaust and keep the OEM gaskets?
What power commander you recommend to go along with this
I dyno tuned R3 bikes with PCV and was very satisfied with ease of tuning and performance gain. I have also done Bazzaz and different flash utilities. PCV is really nice because it is a piggyback but has ability to do ignition timing and raise rev limit. Flashing opens this up too but PCV is easier to tune with...but unless you are a dyno operator you probably don't care about that. I have some Power Commander PCVs here preloaded with my own map developed on our R3s. My map is meant for use with full exhaust, mwr filter, our stacks, and airbox mod. It REALLY wakes the bike up. We saw 16% peak hp gain and 22% area under the curve hp gain.
Hey, what is the effect of the exhaust on the performence of the bike ? I know wight, but Power ? torque ?
With a high flow air filter and a proper ecu tune the factory made 12.5% more power and 13% more torque than stock bike. Just putting the exhaust on will make more noise and not necessarily improve performance very much.
Where can you get that?
Typically at our website TSTindustries.com but Toce has been behind on their deliveries of the parts.
Hey do you guys have a slip on version of this exhaust? I realize performance may not be there but I’m not building a racing set up I’m building a street/stunt bike and I’m looking for a nicer looking and sounding exhaust
Unfortunately at this time this exhaust exists only in a full version.
Where can i buy this razor tip toce exhaust slip on?
Follow the link in the description of this video to TST Industries
Hi Guys
Would I need to have the biked tuned/fuel mapped if doing this installation?
Thanks!
It is a full exhaust so it flows a lot more than the stock. It is highly recommended that the bike be tuned after installation of full exhaust and/or better flowing air filter.
I've got a 2019 and I can't find the airbox hose to place the white cork in..
The 2019 airbox is exactly the same as previous models. The hose fitting is in the same place. I show the installation of a cap on this very fitting in our WORX package video here: th-cam.com/video/wOw7h4KnPig/w-d-xo.html
AIS. is that required to blocked ?
It is not required. You can keep pumping air into an exhaust stream that no longer passes through a catalytic converter if you would like.
Honestly I don’t recommend getting a 300 sport bike...but whatever. This thing sounds like my 2019 Yamaha WR250R with full FMF exhaust. I also have a cbr1000rr so it’s just funny to me to hear a street bike sound like my dirt bike
Do I have to reflash the ecu
It is not absolutely necessary but you will definitely see a better result if you do exhaust, air filter, and a dyno tune.
@@TSTindustries would it Damage anything if I don’t
Yang toce pipe bah approbado yan dito sah pilipinas mga sir,
How do i bye from brazil, van u send to brazil?
Does anyone know if this would fit on my 2016 Yamaha MT03?
Most likely but we have no way to verify this 100% because that bike doesn't exist in our market.
Can i install it in r25? Since it has the same look
Hi, i've been looking for the same answer, do you have the answer yet ?
Yes you can
Is the same installation at the 2019?????
Pretty much. Some of the fairings are different so there may be subtle differences in a few of the steps.
Barzilai Alvarado I just did this on a 2019. Aside from the fairings everything else it the same. Because the fairings are different on the 2019, you have to be very careful and take your time removing them. Make sure you locate ALL fasteners before pulling anything off. If your pulling a fairing and your getting a good bit of resistance...you might have forgot a screw/bolt so double check.
@@thirtymikesout Is it just okay if the charcoal canister will still remain connected for R3 2019 even with the new toce exhaust intalled?
It’s the same install for the Yamaha mt03
Very close but you may have to remove some material from the belly shroud to make room for the header
Can i install it on my 2018 R3 ABS?
Absolutely.
Does this work on 2020 r3?
Yes
Hi, it works for mt03?
Same as you see in this video but with one additional step. The belly pan shroud needs to be trimmed a bit to remove interference with header.
Can it be installed on the ninja 300?
At the moment we do not have a version for the 300. We will be working with Toce on a Ninja 400 version soon.
hey if you guys want to do a comparison vid with the m4 exhaust let me know you can use my bike i dont live far from you guys i bought tail light, fender eliminator, and halo front turn signals from you
Bryantrincon413 FAM that sounds very interesting. Where do you live? Maybe we can do Toce, M4, Yosh, and Arrow. Is yours a full exhaust?
TSTindustries no i got the m4 street slayer exhaust that cuts off the cat like a full exhaust and i live in orlando by universal studios ive been to your shop not too long ago i can send you guys a pic of my bike or come over for you to check it out to see if your interested im not looking for anything out of it either just wanna help out cuz you guys make some nice quality vids and have very nice quality parts

TSTindustries lol nahh bro im good just use my bike i dont mind riding out there just to check my bike out your not that far and just decide from there i can bring it monday if you guys are available i wanna buy the block off plate for the r3
TSTindustries do they sell a slip on version?
is this road legal?
It is a full exhaust meant for closed course environments and not for public highway use.
@@TSTindustries I'm sad now
@@TSTindustries how could one tell? I mean the m4 is pretty loud
Envian a Mexico???
925 so señor
Given its design, would this exhaust need to be repacked?
The current model does not give access to the packing material.
Not worth $500.
Race exhaust meaning it isnt road legal?
Dmitri Felbinger this exhaust was developed for the race track. I'm sure some guys will use it on the street but it really doesn't meet any DOT requirements. It is much louder than required for street use, and it doesn't have a catalytic converter. This exhaust was designed to be light and optimize power delivery.
Can I install it r15 v3???
This exhaust is designed and intended to be used on the 2015+ Yamaha R3 and we have not been able to fit it on the R15. We do not recommend making a purchase.
R15 is a single cylinder engine you cannot use this system bcause this bike is twin cylinder
