Marcos, this was one of your best videos. I just throughly enjoyed it since it was a beautiful family outing. Great scenery, views, and the food!. I also appreciate all of the tips and advice. You’re the best. Much love to all of you and familia.
My wife's family is from San Ignacio and Bahia Tortugas. May I suggest that you go whale watching in Laguna San Ignacio. That makes you feel like a kid again! Book two days because if the first day is more than you expected then the next day can be a bust and you will still have a blast! I also recomend Mission San Borja. There are two roads in and the best one is off the road to Bahia de Los Angeles.
Great video. You may have already checked this Sprinter location and found the hook missing. Mine was located beneath the front passenger’s floor board with the factory tool kit. Love the family time, best way to spend any day of the year.
We used to go every year for many years, all through the late 1980's/1990's. Surfing! A long trip from Santa Cruz county just to get to the border and we always used to go in a group.
Hey Marco another awesome video of your Xmas family trip to Baja. As always you are cooking up such fabulous food with great location's & views. I haven’t been to baja in over 15 years when I use to take my E350 15 passenger van set up for 4 people to go camping on the beachs from Tijuana to Bahia Sabastian lots of great surffishing and clamming with the family. So now I at age 69 I'm trying solo road trips now in my 2018 Subaru forester with a 2" lift fishing the Sierras and California coast areas. I planning a Utah & AZ. road trip sometime this month. My Adventures have limited me to motels due to some disabilities at my old beat age as a bunch of my old buddies for over 50 years have been going on. Trying to build another e350 van with a high roof so i could stand & sleep so i can take one last trip down to the tip of baja where fish tacos are plentiful 😋Once again I love your adventures and great video content. ✌️ Out Marco
Carnal this trip looks epic with friends and family. I done that trip 3 times making it to Loreto with cousins but not overlanding it. This really inspired me to accomplish something with my family to build good memories
Love Baja, we were there in November and going back in March to San Ignacio for the whales. Great video. The other Marco told me about his paella and that you liked it but I didn't know his level of skill! I have his stock Mojave rims on my Gladiator. Nice guy.
This looked like a fantastic adventure. I would have loved to have done a trip like this when my parents were still alive. Making memories is what you’re doing and there’s no price you can put on it. Good on you! You’ll never forget it. Your family won’t either.
That Pizza and wine reminded me of good times in Guadalupe Valley, Baja there - MEX's best wine region. Marco should try those wineries and let us know which have the best! It is pretty important to choose well as I recall the wine being great but priced 60% over comparable USA.
There are so many wineries in El Valle! If I'm not mistaken there are about 150 different wine houses in that area, hotels and restaurants are top notch!
With all good food you make, maybe do a video on how you organize/plan fridge and meals. Hard not to be a mess and always search what I need! 😂 May e you got some tips.
Marco, Thank you for sharing this amazing trip to Baja with your family. The fresh fish, shrimp and clams looked so good! A little scary when the gas gauge went low. Did the low gas light come on too? Every once in a while I run my tank down just to see if the warning light comes on. Lol! Awesome to make memories with the little ones especially when you take them to magical places like this. Oh, enjoyed seeing you on EFRT's video. Such great company you keep!
I appreciate your videos and taking us along in your adventures and cooking in the field. What did you do to set yourself up financially to be so blessed to be able to have the adventures with family and friends like you do? Love it
Marco have you ever gone further south in Mexico like to Puerto Vallarta? I really want to see a trip of an overlander going down there, and know what to expect!
Hey, great video, love watching you cook, we live in the Ozarks now, I grew up in Riverside, so we really miss Real Mexican food, my wife would like to know where can we get that salsa jeeperra seasoning? Oh we just got our first real jeep wrangler (moab) 2013 so hopefully after enough video watching we can get out there.
What was the name of the Playa you stayed at after stopping for water in Santa Rosalia? I could not get the name. I would like to camp there sometime since I have my Jeep and offroad camping trailer here in Cabo San Lucas. I'm planning to do some trips on the Baja. Thanks
What’s the company that makes the fire heat reflector???? I remember you said on one of your videos but I can’t find it than you in advance or you have another recommendation?
What an amazing family adventure!
Thank you brother!

Pretty cool vid and spots... and thank you for highlighting San Ignacio. I'm def gonna add this (convenient) stop on my trips down south.
Thank you so much! I hope the video provides good information!
Perhaps Mission San Javier via the western Volcano region route too !
it's a great town and don't miss the whales at the lagoon.

I appreciate your videos and taking us along in your adventures and cooking in the field. What did you do to set yourself up financially to be so blessed to be able to have the adventures with family and friends like you do? Love it
Thank you!! I still have a regular job, when I'm not out there I'm in the office for 12-14 hours a day
@@OVRLNDX good to see you making the time to get out with family and friends. Great video.
Time to mount a couple of five gallon jerry cans on the trailer!!
I have a 12 gallon outboard boat tank that I had on the old trailer. But with the new trailer I need to reconfigure
@@OVRLNDX Maybe Rotopax's that can use the same mounting as your Maxtrax setup.
Saludos desde Puerto Rico, excelente video un viaje mental mucho exito.
Hey!! Saludos! Muchas gracias!
Great video - Fabulous scenery - can you please tell me where you got your fire wind screen - Thanks
Thank you so much! Its made by MC Ranch Overland

Marco have you ever gone further south in Mexico like to Puerto Vallarta? I really want to see a trip of an overlander going down there, and know what to expect!
I haven’t done an overland trip inland. Hopefully in the future
Thanks for watching! Glad you enjoyed it!! Samuel from jeeperros_oficial on instagram makes the salsa.
@@OVRLNDX Thank you, we are getting your cook book, and given it out to our RV friends...
Next time let the sprinter pull the trailer, there will be not much mpg decrease due to it's size. Ask me how I know.
Ese cruce fronterizo lo conozco jajajjaj saludos Marco!

What’s the company that makes the fire heat reflector???? I remember you said on one of your videos but I can’t find it than you in advance or you have another recommendation?
It’s MC Ranch Overland I like it because is not heavy and easy to stow. It works really good
I travel to San Felipe about twice a year, which restaurants do you recommend in San Felipe?
Man! Birrieria el Poblano, right in front of Climax. So good!
How many recovery boards do you recommend carrying in a rig?
I have only two, but 4 would be nice.
Marco, What happened to the winch?
Trying to get my neighbor unstuck from mud, the gears went
@@OVRLNDX wow. That must have been something to wreck the planetary gears.
Great video but why so many ads??
Sorry for that! You tube does that
Are you vegetarian Marco?
No sir!
beautiful family Marco! I want to go with you guys!!
Thank you so much
