Thanks for the video. I bought a used GB150 on eBay “for parts only”. Just finished opening it up and sure enough, R53 resistor was crooked and only connected on one end. Before the repair, I would have to continuously hold the power button down to keep it on. After repairing the R53 solder joints, it powers on normally and stay on. Cheers
@@SOSfixElectronics do you have a schematic for 150? I have one that just has red explanation when turn on. I have a friend who could repair here in uk but I see 2 diodes have burned out but need to know part numbers. Thanks!

Very nice video. Thanks. I am trying to fix one. The 3.3V voltage regulator is badly damaged. The input is shorted to the output. That means 12V goes directly to IC 15. After fixing, everything seems to work but the voltmeter is not showing anything value. Where can I buy this IC 15 ? Thanks
Hi I just purchased a GB150 with 4000amp and I’m having a problem with it. I plug it to car battery and it does nothing. All lights on. I have to hold down red exclamation button to get it to work. It cycles on and off in that mode tho.
Hi. Great video! I accidentally shorted the 12 volt out that is located next to the usb out on my GB150. I now have zero volts at the 12 volt out port. Everything else works fine. Is there a fuse for that port? Thanks!
Just to let you know, I actually found a mini automotive 30 amp fuse soldered to the opposite end of the board.
