Thanks for the video, these are great upgrades. The sprayer tank with the sprayer still attached is a great idea and relatively inexpensive. This is the kind of TH-cam content I miss. Doesn't look like this video has a ton of views yet, but those of us who have viewed it appreciate it.

Thanks. Let me know if you need anything else on it. My latest upgrade was to cut and redo the plates holding the rails on. Before you could only get around 33 inches of travel. So I redid mine so now I can cut a full 4' by 3'.

Just got my table and trying to figure out what are the best mods to do before burning my first piece. Looks like a 1 piece pan and drain set up is first. Like how simple your design for coolant is. Thanks for making this video appreciate you sir !

Thanks. Lol my most recent brain fart was to cut up and redo my table to gain over 3" of travel. so now my cuttable area is over 4'x3' because before I only had 32".

Great job on your table. You got some talent bro!!! I am considering putting a coolant on my torch head. I have an Archlight Dynamic 5x10 water table. I bought the low budget one. should of had you build me one lol!!! anyway, I enjoyed your vid... great info!

Thanks. The coolant for the cutter is the best thing I've done. The amount of smoke and metal it keeps out of the air is probably around 90%. It's definitely a good addition.

You are a genius. Every idea was great! Gonna have to do this to mine. ❤️ tractor supply haha oh yeah, what coolant mix/ratio are you using?

Lol kids like the duck pond.. I can cut 3'x4'. I made the water table part as big as I did to help prevent coolant from splashing in the floor.

I jumped the gun last time. The factory cut area was 48"x32". I cut and redone a few bracelets so that my table has an actual cut area of 48.5" x36.5". Why Langmuir went with a 32" instead of a full 3' gets me.

How well does the cutter head work without water in the pan? As in to keep 16 gauge cool and cut down on smoke?

From what I've seen coolant is your best friend. If I get time I'll try and do a video with no water in the head or pan vs just pan water vs top and bottom coolant. The amount of smoke and metal in the air gets cut down drastically with each step. If I were to remake my pan again I would raise the sides so I could keep my coolant just above the slats. So there's constantly coolant against the bottom of the metal I'm cutting. But I'd absolutely recommend something like the coolant ring around the cutter. Even if you just use a little pump in your water pan you'll see a difference.
