    My silicone melted and now it leaks in the middle. I'm going to take it off and tig weld it solid. I just use cheep dish soap from dollar general. Your table is crazy clean. When I clean out my table I have about 2 gallons of metal. How does your tiny filter not get clogged constantly?

    Check out Johnson Test Tank Powder on Amazon. Powder you mix with water for rust and corrosion prevention. Makes your water that lime green color as well. Great stuff and affordable...

    Just a thought as well... could put led lights under the water to make it glow since you already have the 12 volt battery...

    I'm curious if the Borax and pH of 9 or higher is still working out for you to control rust? My concern doing that is that a pH of 9 or higher can adversely affect the corrosion control for non-ferrous metals (didn't know how much aluminum, brass, bronze, etc was near where this water would splash and possible corrode.
    Wasn't sure if you had considered using Sodium Nitrite powder instead (nitrite, not nitrate). It can be harder to get and is more expensive.
    In the video you mention amounts to use, to make a 5 gallon amount. Do you then add that to the other 10 gallons of water, or is that your recipe PER 5 gallons?
    Also, I would recommend adding a little bit of an algaecide/fungicide/bactericide/virucide to the water. pH of 9 will help, but you can still grow stuff in that water.
    Thanks for this video, it answered much of what I was wondering about building my own drainage, filtering, anti-corrosive, anti-fungal, storage, and pumping solution for my Crossfire Pro. Have a great day!

    Just get ya a piece of magnesium and attach it to your table for sacrificial anode

    Did you guys consider using a 120 V transformer to 12 V DC to run your pump?
    Great set up I’m gonna plagiarize a bit I love the bar top drains

      I love the setup. But I think a guy could get away a lot cheaper just thinking... With one of the plastic 25 gallon barrels on its side and a 12-volt sump pump for a boat??? What are you guys think you have the table I'm fixing to buy a table would you recommend buying the stable? Now that you've owned it a while? And do you think my idea would work?

      @@1ton4god like the table so far. As for tour idea, it should work, bit we only spent $200.00 it will be bard to stay under that amount. Let me know how it turns out.

    Is that a speciality shutoff valve or did u use an adapter of some sort to get that drainage pipe to fit?

    • @andrewmack5399
      @andrewmack5399 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I was able to find an adapter at lowes that fit.

      The tank is a UTV spray tank from Tractor Supply. The plumbing is all from Lowes.

      What kind of pump?

    • @barrypybas8996
      @barrypybas8996 9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I don't use a water pump on my setup. Instead, I use a regulated electric bicycle tire pump at 2 psi which fills the table in about 2 minutes, and through valving and gravity, drains it in about the same amount of time.

    I have a newbie question. Is the tank for the drain water, the supply water or both? Thanks from Colorado.

    • @andrewmack5399
      @andrewmack5399 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Both, it stores the table water when not in use.

    Can't you just drill holes in the bottom of the dividing wall between the 2 sides so you only have to pump to one side to fill both?

    • @andrewmack5399
      @andrewmack5399 3 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      I thought about that, but didn't want more holes in that seam.

    Anyone ever try windshield wiper fluid in their table? From what I've read, it has a PH of 5-8 but a little dash of Borax could get it to 9 pretty easily. Thanks or the video!

    • @ziptiesandducktape7468
      @ziptiesandducktape7468  3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      That’s a great idea but I think most of them are alcohol based and are probably flammable. Thank you for watching and don’t forget to subscribe, I’ll have more videos out about the table soon.
