This girl story is not clear. She is trying to seek for help or public sympathy coz of what Svtv Africa did for the other girl who was also stranded in Egypt, but that’s not a problem, but she should rather tell the truth.
I can feel it that she knew everything from the beginning before she flew from Ghana.
She is even faking to cry.
In her statement, she said the agent told her that she will paid 600 Egyptian pounds as a salary and once she is paid, she will pay him the agent 300 Egyptian pounds and she will keep 300 Egyptian pounds in case she need to buy something for her self until she is done paying the $4,000. Moreover the agent said she have paid for $600 out of $4,000 they charged her for 1 year and couple of months have been to Egypt, but when she look into her diary or book. She have paid almost $1000 and even as at now she have stopped paying the agent. When Dj ask her that then she can book her own flight and return back home, she said she don’t have money because she just started working since she came to Egypt. So how did she paid the almost $1000 she wrote into her diary or book according to her own words. The story is not clear.

DJ I support you for being a bit hard on this girl. Some of the things she’s saying too doesn’t up. First she said the agent comes to collect half her salary every month, then DJ asked her if she’s saved enough to buy plane ticket. Then she says she just started working, this is her first month.

DJ thanks for what you do As someone with health background and experience working with youth, I suggest you allow the lady to narrate her story with little interruptions . She is clearly traumatised. Asking her to repeat the things she feels sad about may be triggering. After interviewing such victims, is there any support fundraising SVTV will do to get them back to Ghana

U will have to join a queue to climb the plane and guess what, the queue at all airports is formed based on your travel location and the plane u are travelling with and u get into the queue using visa which also tell u your final travel destination so it's not possible not to know your travel destination.
