You can upload your white outline and your design as one png so you don’t have to do two separate ones. Also you can do the matte tape over the registration lines or cut the laminate to fit the stickers instead the black outline and the printer should cut.

Thanks for the advice! Although sometimes when I upload the outline and image as one, my printer doesn’t like it for some reason and prints a pixelated edge on the image so I always just upload them separately. I did also try using the matte tape but it dulled the stars and confused the lines I think, so I ended up having the cut the lamination sheet so that it didn’t go over the black lines at all. All fun and games! 😂

I find when my cricut is having a hard time with print and cut because of lighting or glossy paper I stand over it to create a shadow to block any light that will mess with the sensor. Sometimes works, sometimes doesn’t. Worth a try unless you are making stuff in bulk and don’t have time to stand there haha I don’t know about you but I find I know when it’s not going to cut right because it will take far longer to find the guide lines.

Are your cutting problems because your laminate is shiny? Print and cut does not work on shiny surfaces. Try putting some scotch tape on top of the registration lines. I've heard this works. Gonna head over and join your patreon soon xx
