I just recently retired, and rode all kinds of bikes until about 15yrs ago. I’m really inspired by Bob and his videos, and plan to buy a Burgman 200 myself. I may just do a little motorcycle camping getting to a few places on my bucket list. If Bob can do it at 83, I figure I can at 66.
Thanks for the kind words. I am still riding but thing's have changed with the passing of my wife in Feburary and I am still trying to figure out this big change in my life . Stay tuned in for more adventures..!
@@chainsawbobnichols I’m terribly sorry to hear of your wife’s passing. I’m also a widower myself. I will keep up with you, and I’ve subscribed as well. Here’s to another 10 years!
I got my burgman used with 40 miles on it. An old man couldn't handle it. Drove it home 120 miles from the dealership in 30 mph wind gusts doing 80 mph. No test drive. I hadn't ridden anything with 2 wheels in 30 years.
Bob, I've been watching you videos for some time now. Admittedly, it has been a little while. I'm very sorry to hear about your wife passing. Thank you again for another great video. Best to you in Indiana.
Thanks, I will move to Indiana sometime but not too soon . I love living here in Georgia and as I get older I will need my sons help ----but---not right now..!
Riding at 83!! Wowww! I hope to be in good enough shape at that age to ride. I’m also very sorry about your wife’s passing. What a beautiful like you two must have shared.
Thank You. We had 60 wonderful years together and wanted 60 more but that was not to be . I continue to miss her every day and I am somewhat lost . I am trying to decide what to do in my remaining years .
Great vid!! I am 59 and picked up a Burgman 200 in addition to my Kawasaki Vulcan last August. I am hoping I can still be able to ride when I am 83!!!!
@@chainsawbobnichols yes men naturally have shorter lives compared to women. From the bottom of my heart I wish and I bet she wishes you too to try to be happy and make the best of your time on earth and enjoy every minute you have and not count down the days left. God Bless 🙏 ❤️😊🙌 I ain't a religious person but somehow I believe those who have departed before us will be with us spiritually.
Thank you. I am not moving for quite a while so I will continue to make my videos . At almost 83 I am finding a lot of things I cannot do very well but I still try cause I enjoy trying . Life without my wife is even worse than I thought it might be , we were married for 60 years !
Nice to see you back old chainsaw Bob. What a beautiful ride. Thanks for taking us along. If you ever ride in Brown County, Indiana, watch the signage there. I dumped a bike there due to no signage indicating a sharp left turn after cresting a hill in a 35 mph zone.
Красивая природа, очень приятное видео!
