Respecting yourself first is a great advice, especially if you really want to be respected.

I just realized the "talking trash" has become a habit with me about a certain person. The advice on this is GREAT! I do give "gifts" to people when they help me with issues I can't do myself, such as digging out my snow-filled driveway or to my children when they allow me to stay with them during a disaster (when in doubt, be sure to bring dinner).

My biggest pet peeve is when people use the word " your" when you're is the correct word for you are. Projection much ??? I would be so cool if we never made grammatical errors . Most of us have a lot to learn about proper grammar if we are going to go around pointing out the errors of others.

I find most people are grossly over confident, when it comes down to it they're just not very good and they over estimate themselves and knowledge, I've met countless people like this, they don't seem to feel any guilt at all about lying and seem to have no conscious, also you can be humble without it being degrading.

Respect is a two-way street. Overtelling a story, I just say get to the point! He says if you give respect, you'll get respect, that's true, but not always in play. Some people are just jerks and do not get it. He oversimplifies and life isn't always that simple

Aagar tumhari ex tumhe choddke nahi chali jaati then you would not have a problem. Tumhari ex tumhe choddke chali gayi because of that you have a problem. Iss problem ko samjho it's over. Your relationship with your ex is over.

You can't speak kindly about people who aren't kind. Saying that someone is a nightmare is appropriate when it's true. You're contradicting yourself here. You're warning people that they might be subject to the loss of respect, when behaving in a certain way.Yet, you encourage others to tolerate and support this sort of behaviour by keeping quite about it. Don't talk badly about people is a way to encourage sociopaths, psycopaths and narcissists. Warning others, spreading the bad news and calling them out is the way to go.
