How to make an easy and quick chocolate chip cookies​⁠​⁠‪@JDmeals‬
Ingredients
• 125g butter or non dairy margarine at room temperature
• 125g sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla essence or cinnamon powder
• 200g self-raising flour
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1 tbsp water
White and milk chocolate chips
Instructions
STEP 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C ,350°F or gas mark 4.
STEP 2
In a large bowl, add butter and sugar then bind together until soft and fluffy.
STEP 3
Add the rest of the ingredients until a soft dough is formed.
STEP 4
Roll out the dough and us cookie cutters to make your desired shapes on a lined baking sheet. Spacing them well apart.
STEP 5
Bake at 170 c or 350 F for about 12 minutes or until golden brown.
STEP 6
Leave to cool down on the rack.
STEP 7
Enjoy.
