I have an embarrassing story. So one day while I was new to getting periods, I had a sleepover at my nans house and that same night I was experiencing really bad stomach pain and I assumed that I ate something bad or I got sick so I told my nan I'm going to bed now since I don't feel that great. In the morning I went to the toilet and discovered I was on my period and then I didn't put a pad on bc I thought my nan would hear the noise and I was embarrassed for her to find out so I leaked onto my trousers and I went to the park since my nan thought it would be nice for me to go there so everyone there saw I was on my period. I should've put a pad on but I didn't bc of embarrassment.
Plase answer i got my first period a month ago (prob tomarow sec) bit it whas really ligoht like really it didnt leak even. But at the last 2 days it went trough 6 of my underwear why where the 2 last days the heaviest

If it’s your first or second but after that, personally for me that’s when cramps started
Some people just don’t get them though it’s more rare to see but it’s still normal
