    Wow, thanks for the informative video. I have already been doing many of these exercises from physical therapy. However this is my first introduction to the stretches and I can see that I'm quite tight. Interesting that, while I've been told I have biceps tendonitis and other shoulder issues, I feel that the biceps is super tight closer to my elbow. I hope that adding these stretches will help. Thanks.

    I very much appreciate this video, especially in the manner in which Dr Lee provides specific clear and instructions on how to do these exercises, to help with Biceps Tendonitis. I like the way he demonstrates proper form and poor posture to avoid pitfalls, and to do them slow and smooth. I also like the amount of reps suggested. These are working perfectly for me, to start the process of healing an injury that I have had for many months. They do take a bit of time, to do them correctly, but it is well work the time spent, as I felt some positive results after the first time I did them. I plan to do them about 3 days a week, giving my body time to recover in-between and focus on flexibility on the off days.

    Suffering from distal bizeps tendonitis for 3+ month after using the 50kg dbs in high incline press. Thanks to your video i realized, that due to my pain, my ability to flex the biceps during biceps exercises has been way worse on the hurting side. I think, iam flexing through my tendon by activating my forarm too much - i guess all compensation after it got hurt -
    Interestingly, i have almost no pain on compounds, e.g. chinups further evidence of the thought?. So these are my main therapie. I will use your biceps activation exercises too from now.
    PS iam also a gamer, kinda feeling, that the keyboard usage is atleast not helping aswell. But iam certain it is not the main cause as there was a clear occasion when i hurt my arm.

    • @ViveHealth
      @ViveHealth  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      It depends on the severity of the injury and how long you have been experiencing the pain. It is always recommended to get the opinion of your doctor, their experience should come first since they have your records and the ability to see you and perhaps finding underlying causes.
