Your love and passion for photography is so genuine that it inspires me daily. It’s a gift from God, like your M8 and M9 Cameras. The Leica MD 262 and Summicron 50mm Rigid are what I feel God wanted me to use to photograph His nature by landscape photography. Photography can be a gift only God can give with some help from Leica…!
Thanks for your comment! You have a great camera & lens, With this a some passion, the recipe is ready. I was shooting with the M9 for some time, and this week came back to M8, and enjoying it like first day. This caleras are a joy!!
Happy new year to you as well Hugo! If it feels fine it is good taking no pictures. Sometimes one does not take the usual coffee in the morning - at least I do. - And that is life. Hope to be in the mood for taking pictures in Marbella in Feb ;-) thx for your authentic videos Philip
Thank you Philip. Exactly, that's life. Go out from routine feels good and open new doors and windows. I hope we can meet here in Marbella for a coffee ;-)
Yes, happend not only once to me... I think you need to be in the mood to take photos, otherwise it will generate only pressure instead of pleasure. I hope you will have enough opportunities this year to take some photos and share them with us 😉 BTW: What are those flares in your video at 2:52? 🤔
Hi @dmpm11. Yes, There are some photos to share in future videos, an there are more to be taken. Thanks for your interest and I hope you enjoy them. The flare is a video transition between two takes. Sometimes I find myself without the right word and I need to cut 😉
I hear you Hugo. I was last year in Legoland. With my kids. Took 100-200 photos. I regret bringing my camera there. Feels like you are there and not at the same time. Lesson learned again. Take photos in hometown. Not when traveling.
After weeks of rain and a period of great sadness at the loss of our little dog, I took my Leica M out with me today, I’d not taken any pictures since the 12th of December, a record. The sun shots and who knows, I may have taken a nice shot or two, but happiness had returned. You know sometimes not taking pictures will make you enjoy the process even more when you feel the mood.
Hi marcusoutdoors, I’m sorry for your dog. The last year I bring a new dog to our home, and now it become a member of the family. His name is Jep, and is a friendly companion. Enjoy your memories with the dog, they belong to you, forever. Is good to know you was able to enjoy your camera, and that it brings you nice moments. M8 is a good companion too. All the best and kind regards.

Absolutely! Completely understand you. Is something we have to experience so we can learn from it 😅

@@myleicam8546 Thanks for your kind words. I think I'll be seeing a new border terrier in our lives fairly soon!
@@marcusoutdoors4999 You are welcome. ...The border terrier looks like a very nice dog, kind and smart.
One of those things that happen Hugo, many times I’ve gone out with a camera and just not been inspired to take a photo.
Exactly like this.
Brilliant :)
Bon any.
Gràcies
Gracias!

sometimes the focus should be in the person with you and the moment. Photos are carved in your memory and not in the SD card. happy new year
Yes, exactly like this.
Should of clipped a GoPro and vlogged instead 😆
Jajaja, is an option!
This happens to me also. Traveling does not obviously mean you have to take pictures.
Yes, and it can be liberating to understand it. Thanks.
