    Exosomes, live human stem cells from bone marrow and especially umbilical cord MSCs via iv/injection work and have been researched since the 60s. Umbilical cord stem cells have more regenerative potential because they do not have the epigenetic damage as your own stem cells and you have less stem cells as you age. It's just inconvenient for big pharma because they can't patent a human, hence where the FDA comes in with regulations.

      There is a chance that some virus might be present, seeing that viruses are often smaller than the exosomes particles and therefore might slip in.

    I appreciate you very much Dr. Kopelman. You come across very knowledgeable, trustworthy and no BS. Some clinics here where I live in Europe are promoting exosomes as the new "Jesus" of rejuvenation. I stay away. Thanks to you, I stick to sculptra, my twice year botox and saving to a face lift instead of using money on all these new things just to go nack to base line and waste money . Going for a more sustainable approach, cirgury.

    Another trend is spicules. They are irregular silica shapes that are added to serums or lotions, and then applied to the skin. It's like micro pieces of glass going into your skin. The brand name that has been reviewed on TH-cam the most seems to be VT Reedle Shot, in different "strengths". It is claimed that the glass pieces shed with your skin, and don't get embedded. I am very sceptical of that claim. How can irritated skin with micro glass pieces in it look better than without? My skin certainly wouldn't, and I have no idea how some people get a good result with it as they claim. Maybe if you have rhino-thick skin you can tolerate it.

      laennec is excellent.....a lot of plastic surgeons are panicking and losing money because we are now educated enough to do our own stuff at home at a fraction of the price and a much better job done than a lot of professionals.....beauty is not just for celebs and rich women any more lol

    Thank you for covering this. I thought from the start that he was a guinea pig, and then you said it. 😄Exosomes sound very dangerous if it comes from humans, due to potential disease transmission. I think there is something else that comes from deer. I forgot if it was exosomes or something else. But then there are zoonoses so that might not be safer. Yes if he throws a bunch of stuff at his face at once, how will he know which one is good?

I’m always amazed how people get medicine or other substances. I know some young people who are thin to begin with that are all using ozempic. I believe they are not seeing a physician. One of these ladies told my friend she gets it from Canada. Still thought you had to have prescriptions. Anyway thank you for your informative videos.

    What's your point exactly? You can argue what he is doing could be done by other ways or more efficient ways but are you trying to rule out things he has incorporated as not scientific ? you are wrong. What is your argument exactly against the results? A fluke? He has reversed his biological aging based on all accepted tests in the field. He has decreased age velocity and there is no argument there too. So what are you saying? Really? Can you dispute that? Just blah blah blah.? And regarding exososomes it was proven to have a great effect on cellular communication which drastically affects rejuvenation. Seee the E5 research with plasma and blood exchange. Go check dr katchers work for example . Yes you are medical doctor stop acting like a technician with doctorate degree. Yes i know this is what med school produces, they have alot to learn from Engineering schools to start producing people who think how to solve problems rather than following a list of protocols that someone else put up for them. There is a lot of research there and repeated work that proved key points. Bottom line you cannot argue with actual results. Yes he is experimentig so not all is clear but he also gained results. You mention FDA? Hahah with their level of corruption???? seriously ? You expect anything good from them??? What they will only do is assit pharmaceutical giants in trying to block the anti aging realm as they have already started with nmn. Hopefully new giants will emerge in the anti aging and rejuvenation tech field that will progress faster than those beurocratic idiots attempt to release new harmful policies and regulations so by the time those are at end stage release, the new emerging giants already give a huge fight against the conventional pharma. If that happens we are on safe land.

    Someone must volunteer for experimenting in vivo while science and bureaucracy go their long way with protocols.
    We'll see if the experiments will work or not, I frankly don't see any problem.
    I actually wonder why no-one mentions the HLA test in order to be safe and sound about avoiding autoimmunity when it comes to external sources of new cells.

      Waste of money and ridiculous painful. I did 3 treatments hoping for skin tightening and saw zero results. The only thing that improved a ton is a childhood scar I had under my left eye. But I'm sure regular microneedling would have done the trick for cheaper and less pain.

    Doctor. We r women and you know we love beauty😅. So what is recommendation for 40s aged women to use instead of exosome. Do fillers or any kinds of meso fillers work?!

    • @drkopelman
      @drkopelman  2 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      I completely understand the desire to maintain and enhance beauty, especially as we age. For women in their 40s, fillers and mesotherapy can be excellent options to restore volume, improve skin texture, and give a more youthful appearance. Dermal fillers, like hyaluronic acid, can help with areas of volume loss, such as cheeks or nasolabial folds, while mesotherapy involves a blend of vitamins, enzymes, and other beneficial ingredients injected into the skin to boost hydration and collagen production. Both options can be highly effective and tailored to your specific needs. Exosomes are still emerging, but fillers and mesotherapy are well-established alternatives with proven results for women in their 40s.

    He didn't say that you needed pain to be effective. He actually said that that particular treatment has a high pain/efficacy ratio, meaning that he is not expecting much from that and is paying a lot in terms of pain to get it.
    If you completely reversed that then it seems likely that you haven't looked closely at the rest.
