Thank you for your honesty and expertise. Radiofrequency destroyed the remaining little fat left in my neck - a very bad idea on a 56 year old neck. Plain microneedling without RF does miracles for texture in my opinion.
@@drkopelmanHi Dr. K… strange question, but could some of the deeper treatments that potentially lead to facial fat loss be used for other “body contouring” like calves? I’ve always had very thick ankles and calves and if Ultherapy or Morpheus could potentially work for that area, I’d love to hear why or why not! Thank you so much for all your insight!
Fafelifts actually can make you look better imo and looking younger isn't necessarily the ultimate goal. I know many very nice looking older women who although they dont have libes wrinkles or jowels still look theie age, but they look amazing for their age.
Thank you for warning some people about Morpheus 8. I am exactly the kind of patient you describe in this video as not being a candidate -thin, with very little facial fat, and thin skin, and Morpheous made my jowls worse.
I am not sure if there is a disagreement. Dr Karam advises against Thermage, Ultherapy and Morpheus 8, and Dr. Kopelman does the same. They both quote the same reason: the loss of the facial fat.
