2021 Honda Amaze Review | In-Depth | A Solid Package

- In a bid to remain competitive in the compact sedan segment, Honda India has launched the Amaze facelift starting at ₹6.32 lakhs for the E petrol manual variant and going all the way up to ₹11.15 lakhs for the VX diesel CVT variant. The Honda Amaze can be had with a naturally aspirated 1.2-litre petrol engine or a 1.5-litre diesel engine. Both the engines can be mated to either a 5-speed manual or a CVT gearbox. The Honda Amaze facelift is available in E, S and VX variants. The facelifted Amaze gets new additions such as LED projector headlamps with DRLs, LED taillamps, diamond-cut alloy wheels and a multi-view rear parking camera to name a few. Sir my run is 2000km once in a 4month 50prcnt highway 20percnt city 15percnt small town 15percnt hilly area for 4 family members n luggage for long term use n relibility need.can I go for cvt petrol or aney other automatic car.pls suggest.need cvt cylinder only
I purchased the HA V1 in 2018 a CVT petrol VX trim. After seeing your video, I believe all the 2018 customers got a lemon.
No front lights for the driver and front passenger seats, no audio commands, no Apple car play, no projector head lamp, no arm rest, no cruise control. They are giving all this in the new HA V2 upgrade. Pathetic. Certainly not expected from Honda. Feel terribly cheated.
Honda could have provided Amaze with a DOHC engine and auto start stop function to enhance the mileage of this car.
Dzire is having a better fuel efficiency than Amaze. But what is its kerb weight and NCAP ratings? Is it having better safety standards than Amaze ?
Dzire is a tin can compared to Amaze , it has 2 star 🌟safety rating by NCAP and it weighs from 890kg to 900kg hence the fuel economy is more than Amaze petrol. Whereas Amaze petrol weighs between 905kg to 934kg and Diesel weighs 1012kg to 1051kg .

Amaze scored 4 stars in G-Ncap. The Amaze tested was Made In India (and for sale in South Africa).

Although you cannot avoid it in a compact sedan, Aura has a biggest disadvantage of rear windshiled hovering over passanges in backseat where sun directly shines over your head. Except for that, Aura competes, if not beats, well with Amaze in all other aspects. I booked Amaze instead of Aura only for that reason!

The MT of course, but the CVT is good if you need the convenience of an automatic
But it has the strongest AC in its segment as it has same AC of honda city.

If we see clearly we can find panel gaps 🤦🏻🤦🏻. 4star only for CVT they says not for manual test. This engine is the dumbest and stupidous in the segment. Its real face shows in the low-end.

@boAt suspension is too soft, with 5 people and some load in boot it will easily touch the speed breakers. My 3 close friends have amaze (diesel manual and 2 petrol automatic). Real feedback from actual owners.
Buy this only if highway and city run is there
@boAt compare to other compact sedan it more pron to touch to the ground.
@boAt That's when the car is empty. due to soft suspension, it will go down more than the other cars.
