I’m a dodger fan but let’s be real the MVP of this series is brandon woodruff in game 1 he hits a home run then strikes out the side that next inning, fantastic batting and pitching
Liked this NLCS title win better than the one the Dodgers won the year before against the Cubs. They earned this one against a very competitive Brewers squad. On top of that, there was NO guarantee of the Dodgers making the postseason that year after crashing down to earth in the 1st half in wake of that draining 7-game WS loss to the Astros. Knew they had no chance in hell of taking out Boston, but at least they scored themselves another pennant as compensation. ;-)
Blowing Game 4 of the WS against the Red Sox after Rich Hill had dominated them for 7 innings really deflated the Dodgers and us, their fans. The Series would've been tied 2-2 with momentum shifting to the Dodgers. Unfortunately, the Dodgers' bullpen blew it badly.
There were two different teams, the brewers of game 1-3, and then the game 4-7 brewers, they played a lot better in the first three games the dodgers were the better team the second half of the series
