We have the greatest history, the greatest fans, and the greatest sports venue.
This team, ALMOST swept everybody in the post season, every other W was a slaughter (except 4-2 and 5-1) but those mattered the most. I don't think we will see another run as dominant as this one was. Also I live in fort worth texas, So i am happy to see mitch (also my name) finally getting a ring after being a old player gathering dust and he had a couple of big hits as well. Even before the start of the season sports writers, fans and even Yankee players were bragging about how they were going to break the all time team home run record. And the Yankees did just that! So what is the problem? The Yankees got what they set out to do... The Red Sox had another goal in mind... another World Championship and they got that! So the off-season is here and the Yankees are trying to add more big bats to their line-up. Maybe they will break their own HR record (and finish 2nd again). Personally I'd trade home runs for Championships any day of the week and twice on Sunday! "Just keep the line moving"!!
I don’t watch baseball so apologies if this is an obvious question but at 14:10 an La fan seems to crowd catch it. If he’d have pushed that back into play would that have helped LA stop the homerun?
i knew when the dodgers advanced they were doomed. all year something was off about them compared to last year. they made it cause of the money and pure talent, but red sox are too complete of a team. Milwaukee would have made this series much more competitive.
Incorrect Austin. Brewers would have been swept 4-0. They have 2 good pitchers and an awesome closer and 2 consistent hitters. That’s it. Not enough to win even 1 game.
As an korean, I had a hope that Ryu can pitches dominant during the world series against Red Sox..... Sadly as I expected that the Red Sox will win the World Series....

The thing that the Red Sox showed after the game 3 loss was they weren’t mad that they lost the game after 18 innings and it was 4am in Boston. They were all supportive of Nathan for pitching that long especially since he’s a starter and not a closer. It also took the dodgers 18 innings to win the game, Red Sox destroyed them this series

Unfortunately they only made one playoff appearance since, 2021 when they went on that epic ALCS run. They now only have two players left from this squad: Rafael Devers and Chris Sale. It’s crazy how far they have fallen since winning it all a few years ago
Manny Machado didn’t even deserve to have a World Series appearance
Exotic Zyro you can blame the Brewers for choking in the NLCS
Brennan McKinney with my padres, he does. He’s a mvp candidate
Ora Studios it’s not about what team he’s on
WHAT A SERIES! WHAT A RED SOX TEAM!! RELENTLESS!! MOST SEASON WINS OF ANY RED SOX TEAM IN HISTORY!!
Ryan Madson= World Series MVP
It's bad enough the dodgers lost back to back World Series AT HOME
JuanCarlos Reyna losing on the road feels just as bad
Who’s here after they got bounced by the Nats in the FIRST ROUND
Andrew "The Angry Sports Fan" Acuna cant get enough of dodgers losing
Can you do 2018 unforgettable moments
Tomorrow :)

I remember watching this live LES GO RED SOX!
2017-Dodgers went back-and-forth with the Astros only to come up short.
2018-Dodgers had no chance against the Red Sox with that one
Update:2019-Dodgers crumble late in Game 5 of the NLDS in a huge upset to the Nationals.
Ryan McPherson anddddd The Sox aren’t even gonna make the playoffs, The Crown is up for Grabs for everyone
Update: HOLY SHIT THE NATIONALS WON THE WORLD SERIES!
The Astros are cheating losers
2020: Dodgers win World Series in 6 games against the Rays
2021: Dodgers lose in 6 games to the Braves who went on to beat the Astros in 6 games
2024 beat the stankees
It’s frickin June 2019 and I still jump with joy while watching this. I hope this 2019 squad can pull it together
We need relief pitching bad, and a mid season addition that can light a spark like Pearce did last year, Eovaldi coming back to be our closer should help drastically.
kyle dickey facts bro. They need a fifth starter too
@@yuh3277 I'd love to see them trade for a solid close like Brad Hand so they could eventually get Eovaldi back in the rotation, if he can pitch like he did last year, and Sale can finally get some run support, and Mookie starts hitting, this team will be fine.
kyle dickey true. They just need a closer that can throw strikes and just be effective, like your example in brad hand
this team was unstoppable
I never fail to get emotional when the Red Sox win a championship. I love all of my Boston teams, but the Red Sox really have a special place in my heart. Even if we have a bad season, I can never be sad, because I know that the Boston Red Sox are the greatest major league sports team in the world. We have the greatest history, the greatest fans, and the greatest sports venue.
I love baseball. Love my Sox.
11:57 he said that Muncy will never have a hit as big as this one, as Muncy hits a grand slam to make it 11-0 1st inning vs Braves in 2020 NLCS
11:48*
A grandslam in a blowout isn't a bigger hit.
Awesome video! The one only thing missing is Benintendi's spectacular catch in Game 2!

Congrats red sox. U guys royally spanked us
@@kanyes_bg they had no more pitchers
@@kevingreene4090 They had Price warming up in the 16th

You win the longest game in the history of major league baseball.. i think thats pretty good
@@kanyes_bg no.. eovaldi is the last man standing man..
Great Season and one ill remember forever
GO BOSTON!
I love the excitement in his voice during every play. Makes the experince 10 times better
Crazy how 4 red sox players dominated their future team
I'm sorry I could help but laugh at Peterson when he pitches it's so funny my neighbor calls him the hawk lol
Oh btw any redsox fans gj this series you won and are a great team... Literally just watched the world Series cause I was hanging with my neighbor and I usually watch sports towards the end
Crazy to see where all these players from both teams are at now
Red Sox did some damage! 💯
Just too beautiful world series matches.
Congrats red sox
It never gets old..
Hope in 1920...Lets go red sox
Even before the start of the season sports writers, fans and even Yankee players were bragging about how they were going to break the all time team home run record. And the Yankees did just that! So what is the problem? The Yankees got what they set out to do... The Red Sox had another goal in mind... another World Championship and they got that! So the off-season is here and the Yankees are trying to add more big bats to their line-up. Maybe they will break their own HR record (and finish 2nd again). Personally I'd trade home runs for Championships any day of the week and twice on Sunday! "Just keep the line moving"!!
Brian Z. Lol that’s stupid
Wow can’t believe i didn’t watch this series 😭😭😭
who else here after dodgers won thinking bout the good times
amazing job on this
What do you expect, Red Sox are the best team in the MLB
I don’t watch baseball so apologies if this is an obvious question but at 14:10 an La fan seems to crowd catch it. If he’d have pushed that back into play would that have helped LA stop the homerun?
I’m looking again and maybe the crowd are too far b back from the billboards
No, the call would likely go to review and would be called a home run as it crossed the fence
i knew when the dodgers advanced they were doomed. all year something was off about them compared to last year. they made it cause of the money and pure talent, but red sox are too complete of a team. Milwaukee would have made this series much more competitive.
The dodgers are the dodgers. Their chokers it was a fluke they made it last year & it was a fluke they made it this year.. Kershaw is done
Miawaukee woulda gotten smacked too
Incorrect Austin. Brewers would have been swept 4-0. They have 2 good pitchers and an awesome closer and 2 consistent hitters. That’s it. Not enough to win even 1 game.
Milwaukee would have gotten swept easily.
Austin the nl is fuckin weak!
The only World Series that the modern era dodgers have lost legitimately
11:10 Won the battle... 17:20 Lost the war.
Even after this, I'll still be a Dodger fan
Struggling with your team is part of being a fan
As an korean, I had a hope that Ryu can pitches dominant during the world series against Red Sox.....
Sadly as I expected that the Red Sox will win the World Series....
i think eovaldis pitching performance was one of the best pitching performances of all time
Who's here after they didn't even make the post-season ...
Whos here after it didnt matter? 2018 champs bitch! Unless youre the Nats, you might as well have not made the post season. Period.

Congrats red Sox, you guys earned it. Anyone but the Dodgers!
10 seconds And the Yankees
The last game of the World Series two years in a row ended with a score of 5 to 1 at dodgers stadium and the away team won!
Game 5 you mean
Caesar Please yes my bad I fixed it
my ranger boys, kinsler and moreland finally got rings woooooo
Eovaldi deserved WS MVP after that relief appearance in game 3
game 3 walk off sent chills
5 years later and it’s crazy to see how many players went to the other team lol
Here are the players on these teams that have played for both the Red sox and Dodgers: Price, Eovaldi, Hembree, Kelly, Brasier, Kimbrel, Ramirez, Betts, Martinez, Hill, Jansen, Turner, Hernandez, and Verdugo. And add to that Dave Robert's AND Alex Cora.
I guess you can say Moreland and Kinsler got revenge on David Freese
My beloved team since 2004. I hope to see them in the postseason again soon.
maybe in 2024 with us getting yamamoto soon hopefully

You are not a real NYY fan lol
Thanks I guess?
Wait why did I post this comment
The thing that the Red Sox showed after the game 3 loss was they weren’t mad that they lost the game after 18 innings and it was 4am in Boston. They were all supportive of Nathan for pitching that long especially since he’s a starter and not a closer.
It also took the dodgers 18 innings to win the game, Red Sox destroyed them this series
