Maybe the window closed for the Capitals but in all honesty the Penguins were definitively the better team in this series. They would’ve advanced if they stayed healthy. With that being said my Rangers started their post-Lundqvist rebuild when NY still lost in the second round. But I feel like it’s at least one season too premature for Pittsburgh.

Maybe the window closed for the Capitals but in all honesty the Penguins were definitively the better team in this series. They would’ve advanced if they stayed healthy.
With that being said my Rangers started their post-Lundqvist rebuild when NY still lost in the second round. But I feel like it’s at least one season too premature for Pittsburgh.
