    • @jiminsjimjams9477
      @jiminsjimjams9477 4 ปีที่แล้ว +7

      @@meganp8766 Yoga and meditation really do have benefits. Reducing stress, healing the body and mind, improving balance, several other things. I'm not sure about stones though, haha.. As a christian, I hate seeing negativity towards anyone's beliefs. We can respect that people have different ideas without adhering to them as well. Just because they believe differently doesn't mean they're asking you to believe the same thing.

    • @meganp8766
      @meganp8766 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Jimins jimjams I agree, I just also think that we should call it for what it is. If I truly believe that something is dangerous I’m not going to be afraid to say so. There is a movement of people giving into such practices and not even thinking much of it. You go on TV and you see people using stones, meditating to be enlightened, and all of this other stuff. It has become really popular in our society. I ultimately see it as dangerous if people are not aware of how they are using meditation/yoga. It really is a deception that has crept into our society. So many people dabbling in things and opening doors in the spiritual realm without even knowing it. Of course I’m not going to walk up to someone and criticize their beliefs or practices. I think that would do more harm than good, but I’m not going to sit there and say nothing. And I shouldn’t be afraid of “offending” people if I sincerely believe in what I am telling them. So many have dabbled in that stuff, trying to be enlightened only to find themselves literally being attacked by those same spirits they have opened doors to. I just try to warn people after hearing about the harm that it has done others.

      Because if I'm not mistaken, they merely started their day by drinking celery juice - yet aside from that, kept on eating normally.
      Unless you aready have a very serious stomach condition to begin with, this can be hardly harmful.

    I’ve been drinking celery juice for almost three years & despite what your opinion of Anthony Williams may be, celery is full of minerals and has noticeably positive effects for many people including myself. So many of our symptoms like skin issues and inflammation can be linked to our digestive health so it makes sense that drinking celery can improve a wide array of ailments. It took a week for me to get used to it but I honestly look forward to it and love both the taste and how it makes me feel.

    Celery juice is actually really good for you, it has a lot of mineral salts the body needs to function properly, and many people lack these minerals in their diet. The empty stomach and in the morning thing have to do with the body's optimal digestion. Plants are really healthy for us and that dietition is undermining the benefits of consuming this herb. (Celery is in fact an herb. not a vegetable) But decent video.

    Thank you for going above & beyond this challenge in offering two different perspectives, your research in the origins and for the expert opinion! I have Lupus, Neuropathy, Fibromyalgia & a few other illnesses and after three days of organic celery juice; I can now get out of bed with less stiffness & I'm not as sore. I increased my distilled water a couple of years ago along with changing to an organic, vegetarian diet and my health issues improved as well. I eliminated all toxic bath/body & cleaning products and my TWO DECADE LONG, low-grade fever went away. It's amazing what can happen when you remove toxins from your body and stop poisoning yourself with more toxic food/products.
    I wanted to try the celery juice to see if it will regulate the HCL Acid in my stomach considering I was recently diagnosed with H Pylori negative, chronic gastritis and I've suffered with Acid Reflux most of my life. I really hope it will allow me to come off Nexium before I lose my teeth and end up with osteoporosis. Stomach acid is REQUIRED in order digest food & assimilate it into nutrition so anti-acids should not be taken for an extended length of time.

    I like celery & I was drinking juice made with about 3 stalks of celery juiced in a juicer with a wedge of lemon squeezed in it every day & I really liked it, but I started drinking V-8 juice instead because I could just pour it from the bottle when I wanted some and I also got tired of cleaning the juicer every day. But to hear that if you eat just stalks of celery you get more fiber and other benefits sounds good to me & I don't mind flossing my teeth, I eat a lot of high fiber fruits and vegetables so celery is just another one of them. P.S. I had a friend who drank a big glass of fresh juiced carrot juice every day & his skin turned orange.

    I am on day 4 of celery juice, I feel quite refreshed and bowel movements are something on another level haha I am usually always craving for chocolate, but for the last 4 days I havent touched one, although we have so much in the fridge. Not sure if it's celery or it's me telling myself to stop it at least when I'm committed to this lol
    ONE QUESTION - for how long should we do this kind of cleanse? I dont think I can make it a lifetime, but usually how long is a decent cycle to take a break, and then come back? I see people do 7 days, 14 days, but how long is good enough to reach the maximum benefits yet not to get "too used" to it and not seeing as much benefits as before?

    I think that it's a nocebo thing because it doesn't make sense why celery juice by itself would help anything other than cleansing your body and having clear skin I think it's mostly a mentle thing.

    I imagine the drastic change in skin quality was due to the fact that they’re essentially drinking a massive glass of nutrient dense water every morning. Just drinking a plain glass of water in the morning is so beneficial to our digestion and skin condition.

    I do think celery tastes delicious in green juice though. I've never had straight celery juice, but it sounds pretty appetizing.

    That healer is in the documentary movie "Heal" by Kelly Noonan - a masterpiece. If you haven't watched it yet, I strongly recommend you to watch it; it gave me strength in a period of my life where only suicide seemed the only way out.
    We vegan think we are invulnerable to disease, especially healthy vegans, however I discovered that my thinking patterns and emotions were responsible for suddenly developing severely debilitating multiple sclerosis - I have been pretty much bed ridden for over a year. I had been carrying so much anger and resentment, I didn't know how to let go and live in the here and now: now I do!

    I tried drinking straight celery juice for a little bit but it makes me want to throw up. It’s more bearable if you mix it with carrots or some other produce

      Paula Valeria Rocha Gonzalez I was very very sceptic when I started drinking celery juice, but in a few days I noticed change in my energy, bowel movements, my sinuses got clear, my brainfog was gone and so on. I don’t have to prove anything, but I know it works for me and many people around me
