I hear you! So the thing is, I know his build ran both Stromberg and a lot of Battle Traps (Mirror Forces and such), so my goal was to use my Storm Dusters to get rid of them. Valkyries have no in-theme answer to lots of backrow.

Nice! Even though Golden Castle is too good in comparison to Valkiries' cards. The next themed duel should be on GX era, something like Neo-spacians (Jaden) VS Crystal Beasts (Jesse)

@@TeamAPS hmph, neat.... still. ya could make it a bit more organized instead of having the cards all messy over the table n wut not, ya know, like an edited after section zoom in on the cards as you give the list (like how simplyunlucky does it) or an organized ygopro screenshot or something, ya know. *shrugs* just sayin.

Ok basically in the anime Zigfried was the golden child of the Shroeder house and Leon was left alone basically his whole life and ended up getting into fairy tales and built a deck around them once he found out Pegasus made the cards he started dueling under a suitor name Leon Willson and eventually Zigfried found out and decided to use Leon's talent for his own benefit and when Kaiba started the KC grand championship Zigfried used his computer skills to start messing with Kaiba Corp's systems to ruin them while him and Leon entered the tournament eventually making it to the semi finals Zigfried was disqualified and dueled by Kaiba once he realized it was Zigfried who was hacking Kaiba Corp after he was defeated Leon would go on to face Yugi in the finals where Zigfried gave him the golden castle of stromberg which in the anime was an illegal card which was coded with a virus to trick Leon's duel disk into accepting it and crash Kaiba Corp's mainframe then after Zigfried revealed he despised Kaiba for coming up with the holographic dueling concept after Zigfried but unveiling it right before him then Leon after realizing how revenge driven his brother is teamed up with Yugi and Atem to destroy the castle while Kaiba worked to destroy the virus after all of that Leon lost the duel and the virus was negated and I think Zigfried decided to give up on revenge after being comforted by his brother and they were never seen again.

Though as a german I cried internally hearing you trying to pronounce the valkyrie names XD
Zweite is pronounced similar to tsu-eye-t-eh (in fact the e after the t is always pronounced like a short ehhhhh)
Dritte is pronounced Dr-it (as in herm-it)-eh
Vierte is pronounced like fear-t-eh
Fünfte well - English people do not have a pronounciation for "ü" I think - it is pronounced the same way as "u" in French ... but maybe the way "i" is pronounced in "girl" comes close enough to it.
Sechste is pronounced like sex-t-eh
Erste is pronounced like Eh-rst-eh

Valkeries can OTK if you go 2nd (technically) using mischief of the goddess if the opponent cant stop the attacks cus thats 2 battle phases.

Doesn't Golden castle destroy 1 of your opponents monsters that attack and deal damage back ?
Technically, both Von Schroeder brothers cheated or did shady things. Zigfried launched massive cyberattacks against KaibaCorp in order to sabotage the company as a personal grudge against Kaiba (which is why Kaiba pulled him out for their duel), and Leon ran a fake card (Golden Castle of Stromberg) that triggered all of the viruses left behind by Zigfried's previous hackings. I give Leon a break because he wasn't really aware of his brother's plans.

Were you running valhalla & the fairy that prevents special summoning in the valkyries?
Kristya wouldn't help Valkyries being Valkyries thrive on Special Summoning so it would kind of be counterproductive in a sense.

Can't you declare end of battle phase, without attacking then quickplay mischief and skip to the next turn? Avoiding ride without necessarily attacking?

Since Sigrun was added the deck is actually really good. All it needs is a extra deck monster and it would be amazing. At the moment it's just really good.
@@Zerathenezot Really good and stompers for pre xyz decks. Most importantly its really fkin fun deck both from lore perspective and stuff this deck covers: Banishing, litteral draw/deck control of opponent, swarming, pretty powerful special summon effect, milling, turn manipulation and most importantly OTK potential :D This deck is all over the place but is great haha

Try an odd eyes/magician engine with galaxy tomahawk and chaos chimera dragon (it’s ideal to run creation and destruction magicians to use tomahawk as an xyz material).

Misplay in first game. hex loses 1000 atk from erda, and when it was destoyed it gets banished. and then when he atks erda with his second hex it would have lost (by 200).
I play valkyries a lot. this hurt
Hexe still would gain 400 and beat the valk by 200
Then it would have gained another 400
@@IsraeliteLife Mo Gamer he summoned the first hex. Would be 1600 attack. He attacked vierte. For 200 damage. It's specs sechste which specs dweitte (forgive spelling). That pops hex.
He summons another. Pops sechste. Attacks dweitte. It's now on 2000 not 3000 they have forgotten the 1000 atk loss his monsters have. Also he needs to ban the hex when destroyed. (another Erda effect)

Hexe trude gains 400 each time it destroys a monster, the 2nd should been at 3400 leaving Paul with 900 LP not 1300
They misplayed. They didn't take the Valkyries effects into account. The attack loss hex would have. And it only gains 400 when it destroys via battle.
