Hi, thank you for the video and the valuable nutrition tips. I would like to ask about dairy(cheese, milk, yogurt...) products as a post workout recovery food, some are quite high on protein and fat but you didnt mention them. Would they be agood option for post running workout? thank you
Good video, just a small issue I had: Wanting to come off as an expert is often times mistaken for overcomplicating things. Inserting 'GI' mid video is unnecessary, because the abbreviation is not used anywhere else in the video.
