I vividly remember the pilots wife that was trying to get a massive amount of luggage on the flight, she did the whole " my husbands a pilot" crap Jane spoke to him on the phone and said " would you allow this on your flight? NO I didn't think so" the woman then had to walk to the other end of the airport to check her bags with a carrier. Jane said to camera " see if she had been nice we could have sorted it for her now she'll miss her flight and I'm sure we don't have another one for her for ages" 😂😂😂

I used to watch Airline and I loved Jane’s “no nonsense” attitude as well - she could read any drag queen for filth, she’s that good, even more so than the (gorgeous blond hottie) William ❤

Being Irish myself, I never realised that Jane went into our national airline Aer Lingus - I’m surprised that our national broadcaster RTÉ did not do a show featuring Jane at Dublin Airport 🇮🇪☘️🇬🇧❤️

Jane Bolton is the villain in everyone's era, she is the icon you think of when you face difficult customers or complex situations at work - what would Jane Bolton do? Jane's straightforward, no-nonsense approach to work-related issues is a breath of fresh air in a world that has become too empathetic and pleasing-oriented. Take notes, y'all. She got the job done.

Spotted Jane at my gate in Luton a few moons ago now. I was exhausted from being stuck on Majorca for over 30 hours, so was somewhat smelly and frazzled. Otherwise I'd have said hello.
But Kudos to easyJet for getting me out of a hole. I walked up to the desk in Luton that day with £65 to my name and they got me on the flight to Edinburgh I needed to be on no fuss.

"Airport was only 1 series"? It ran for 11! Perhaps she was referring to the first series of Airline which focused on Britannia Airways, before it moved to Easyjet.

I can remember travelling loads in the early 2000s late 90s and all I can remember is being delayed permanently and stuck at various airports. I was a kid and had to travel between countries and got trapped in Madrid for 5 hours on my own without any plan (yes, it was legal lmao) - I think this is why the passengers were so perpetually pissed off 😂

I feel like they are kind of blowing up... No. 5 in Spotify podcast charts and been high up in there for quite a while. Jordan did a short series with the woman who played Liz in Coronation Street (who he met in I'm a celebrity... Get me out of here!) where they travelled through Spain. But they haven't done anything together on TV other than been contestants on game shows. Would love to see them more though!

for me that is probably one of, if not the most iconic lines in the entire series, "suzie has to tried to find a more sympathetic ear... instead, she's found Jane Boulton' 🤣 The funny thing though is that in the show, the passengers who were actually respectful to Jane, always got respect back and the best customer service you could expect under most of their circumstances.
Jane is wonderful, very nice women. I LOVE FLYING, even being at the airport (Ha, yeah, as long as everything goes according to plan) BUT .... not that it's happened to me a lot while flying. Hearing my fellow passengers clapping when the aircraft lands, is ..... yeah ..... a bit cringe. Isn't it a bit disrespectful to the pilot and first officer.

Clapping on airplanes started right after 911 as a show of unity that we all got there, and if anything had happened we all like to have thought that we would have done something if our plane had been hijacked.
