Yes well said. One thing I notice watching the shows on You Tube is the wonderful lack of political correctness. No woke culture or cancel culture. No smart phones, and the women are ladies, proud feminine people who were just so nice.

*Love her!* I discovered Airline through the angry passengers compilations by Arthur TV. I recently started watching full episodes of the show and it's so good! I thought Jane was lying/joking when she said she was 29 on Airline, because she looked so much older. Apparently not. 😅

I worked at a major airport, you would not credit how many people blame the ground staff when they are late for their flight and their ticket is given to another passenger. It ain’t rocket science you have to check in on time and be at the gate when it’s time to board. It is not the check in staffs job to hold your hand and get you on board you have to be aware of the many flight information screens. Sitting in the bar and being late for the flight is not the fault of the check in staff.
Jane you and Leo were great mentors to me in my hospitality career, I’ve been watching these old clips and episodes for over a decade. Lots of love and congrats on the family and cake business (totally wise choice getting out of the industry 😂)
I've just recently come across this show by accident and now I've been binge watching it. I've also been wondering what most of them are up to these days especially Jane and Katrina. It's so cool to see Jane! Glad she's doing so well. I was 13 when this show debuted.
Loved watching these. They were going to do a retail one, the film crew came to my place of work, they filmed me going up the walkway, I guess they didn't think there would be enough 'drama' on a daily basis to make it worth while.😂
If she was rude to customers I didn't see it at all on the TV show. She was a picture of politeness. She could be very funny though when she stated what should have been the obvious but what was not obvious to the passenger. Even then, she did so without a hint of sarcasm in her voice.
Jane was great and always delt with things well. She was there to help me when I proposed to my then easyJet cabin crew girlfriend And yes it was featured on the show

I think its because theres an expectation that the customer is always right, and it kind of feels like she was sticking up for us who worked with customers even though it wasnt the intention, because when something doesnt go their way they can be so rude. We're just doing our jobs 😂
This was the worst interview. They needed to ask her what years she worked at easyJet, what she did afterwards and today, if she is friends with anybody from the show, etc. All they kept going on about was whether she was surprised to be famous again.
She has such a warped view of herself. She was never rude to anyone, the height of professionalism. She was always respectful and went above and beyond to help so many people. She is amazing!! She deserves the fame and the revival I hope she makes a ton of money off the back of this. What a genuinely nice person, don't make many like her anymore
Not gonna lie if I worked with Jane I’d feel some comfortable knowing if someone was screaming at me she’d have my back (not many managers/supervisors do that nowadays)
Lovely human being, textbook stuff the way she carried her duties! It did upset me when people, particularity men would argue & become abusive towards her. I'd be wishing I was in the queue so I could tell them what vile people they were! Great to see Jane looking so well, she's still attractive inside & out too!
I know it’s just autopilot tv conversation, but when they were taking about the old lady that that missed her flight and Jane took her home giving her a bed for the night, and then Dermot said ‘that’s customer service, that’s going the extra mile!’ in that virtue signalling way gave me the ick. When did being a decent human being turn into corporate duty?
