When i set the ball behaviour as bounce off solids, and click on preview, ball doesnt move ...but if i remove the behaviour,ball moves what should i do ?

you probably could have just bound your ball to the layout to prevent out of bounds. and created one object underneath platform for it to overlap with and destroy object.

You could just have a counter at 30 in a dummy object (one for every brick) and every time a brick is destroyed you subtract one from counter. Once the counter is at zero you can use SYSTEM--> "Go to layout" and you go to next level.
