For those who don't know what this song is: It is a song the workers sing in the very first scene when you enter 'Fortuna' for the first time. 'Fortuna' is a sort of barracks for what are essentially indentured servants (debt slaves) to a merchant civilisation called the 'Corpus' (also known as "The Taxmen"). The 'Corpus' are practically a corporation. The board of directors of the 'Corpus' are the government and are ruled over by a Plutocrat named 'Nef Anyo' who is the son of the 'Corpus' founder 'Parvos Granum'. 'Fortuna' is located inside 'Orb Vallis', a frozen wasteland of factories on Venus. It is one of the open worlds of an incredible game called Warframe. Some people like the gameplay, some find it to be too grindy. But what everyone can agree on is the game is absolutely massive and incorporates so many different features it is near impossible to list them off the top of your head. The story and lore of this game is extremely comprehensive and is considered by those in the know to be one of THE greatest literary works of the modern era. If you don't want to play the game, but want to enjoy the story, here are some great videos you can watch. Warframe is horrible... played on ps4 for several years now that I own a pc I can't get my progress there. 😫 I'd still play it if there was a possibility to transfer it (Game is awesome, highly recommend)
@@artfiguretheone7129 With the crossplay beta currently rolled out, there may be hope for migration in the future. Currently its only for xBox and PC, but PS4 is planned. Once the different platforms are able to talk to each other, I don't see why they couldn't implement a migration feature.

I've watched several other renditions of this but the choral nature of this performance is what truly sets it above the rest. The "sons and daughters" line carries more emotional heft when it's actually, you know, sung by sons and daughters. ;) Thanks for this!

The Entire economy of the Northern Union State, resources brought in from Wisconsin in the West and New Jersey in the East are funneled into this massive project. A project with one goal: To pull mankind out of the dark ages and back into the age of industrialization. And once complete the Northern Union State will have the backbone it needs to launch it's wars of unification across North America.
What a fun song to listen to! Wish we had a 60 minute version. The first few moments made me think you guys were doing an ad on how good the food you were chewing was 😆 Great job you guys :)
