he meant that it doesn’t sound the same no matter how you play… but the thing is that the song is just a semitone off so an off tune piano or a specially tuned piano can still play it soo
Actually, what he meant is, that the internationally recognized tone for a tuned piano is 440 herz, while his piano is set at 432 herz Wich was the international standard before 1955. So, unless you are tuning your piano to 432 herz, it will NOT sound as the original, for it is not even a half-tone difference.

I grew up in a family that played the piano. I only learned a little bit, I cannot read sheet music. I learn everything from memory. I play the guitar all from memory of sight. This is amazing and inspires me to try and learn more on the piano again ❤
I have a very cheap keyboard I play sometimes. Honestly...it was easier to jump back in to playing it than I thought it would be. I will never be a proper pianist or keyboardist...yet I can definitely play the instrument in some form. The difficulty is hand separation imo(and muscle memory of course, yet that is the same for every instrument). Guitar has a form of hand separation, yet it is definitely different because one's hands on guitar often link up heavily somehow. On piano, you need to truly separate the logic of left hand and right hand, and you perhaps need to use your feet in some way (sustain or staccato pedals, counting time, etc)
I don't think any one realize how technical these two songs are to play and to just sit and play them flawlessly like that hats down to you I use to play when I was younger and now of these very technical and hard to play flawlessly took hard work and skill to play like that
Oh hell I do. I play the piano since I was 6 yo. I CAN'T play so well. The best thing I can play is the moonlight sonata and even though it is hard these sings are just so impossible. And he didn't even make one mistake...

I appreciate musicians. Not a lot of ppl interested in pure music.everything so digital. I admire this. Look how amazing God made us. I feel the music 🥲
One thing the whole world has in common is how beautiful music can bring so many together.
Reminds me of water trickling down a creek - so smooth, with moments of raging over rocks and other times calmly swirling in a gentle pool. Thanks for sharing your gift with all of us.

What a lovely description, and very accurate-there is a picture of this in my head, now.😁
Speaking of which, the orchestral piece "Vltava" by Smetana musically traces the River Vltava from its mountainous rapid origins through its meandering river valley on the plain to the broad estuary and into the sea... magical!
you know what is amazing about music? We all stop and are one. Even just for a second imagine how amazing the world could be for that one second.
Amazingly done. As embarrassing as it was, I stood up and gave him a standing ovation. 👏
Nothing to be embarrassed about. You appreciate beauty
More embarrassing is that your comment made me tear up.
@deepseadweller687 When you feel the purest love for someone or something (in my case someone), you feel things with your soul. I felt these two songs with my entire soul. I love these versions. Beautifully played.

what the fuck you mean embarrassing of what? he shows off his piano skills with passionate, everyone in the room enjoying it... where is your environment sense?
You know, the best thing about this is that you missed a ton of keys. And you knew it. Every single one must have felt horrible. Yet, you kept going instead of giving up or even letting it get to you.
I don't know you, but I bow before your dedication. You already are a true pianist. Never stop.
That's why i really like music, there's just something else special about it ❤
It makes me smile at how playful you can be at the keyboard. I hope that you never lose that aspect of your being!
This proves music can unite the world. We need more of this everywhere everyday!
That was fuck'in beautiful. Music crosses all boundaries.
Honestly, it warms my heart to see today's youth still having such an appreciation for this art. Beautiful playing
"If you try to play on piano, you can't" 😂
Every pianist in the world: "HOLD MY WINE" 😂

@@gamehero_2002hold my wine!!!
he meant that it doesn’t sound the same no matter how you play… but the thing is that the song is just a semitone off so an off tune piano or a specially tuned piano can still play it soo

Im convinced the Hans Zimmer piece is one of the most transfixing pieces of music ever composed.
They are all in awe over your amazing talent! Who could blame them!? ❤
Well he has had crazy viral videos in that lunchroom everyone there knows him now. Watch his first ones, almost no one cared.
not wrong haha they are faking being impressed to get on camera lmao, america is full of narcissistic children with no actual care for good music@@charismatic9467
You should consider playing some piano again. The instrument is absurdly fun to play. Peace.
@@ГеоргиВълчев-ъ9дHe definitely made mistakes, they were audibly noticeable, good performance nonetheless but it wasn't perfect.
Yes he made mistakes, but the mark of a good musician is to be able to play through them and make them seem like the notes belonged. Hats off to this guy!
Music is the thing that brings everyone together, no matter their differences, and this just shows that ❤❤❤

I love how everyone is drawn to music and acknowledges skill within seconds.
Something about a piano... somehow it can convey so much emotion. Music is a gift to us all ❤
1:00 She decided to make this video even better! I love it how she runs back when Interstellar begins and one can see the happiness on her pretty face...
See, and I think it's insanely rude the way she gets in front of everyone and just stands there 3 feet from him. Like her camera won't record from 15 feet away??
Yeah you're overreacting @@cathy3046
@@cathy3046 eh no if people wanted to see him play they would get up from their seats instead of just listening. Part of a flashmob is getting closer and making a circle. I would find it flattering. The camera on the other hand is a bit intrusive, but he has a hood on inside for a reason.
@@baked2522yeah, because most people sit down at a public piano and expect to not be recorded if they're good, right? 🤡🤡
@@billymays9296 it's so fucking uncomfortable to be recorded just because you wanted to light everyones day up with a bit of music on a public piano. Nothing will ever compare to the ambient music like I heard when I was at iu. You guys are experiencing something that should be everywhere because it's truly something else to just go sit down and eat when you need to and you don't want to be there really when someone plays things like this and it makes me want to go back a little bit to those times I didn't appreciate as much as I could have, but that doesn't mean things can't be better than they were
